Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Spa on the second floor was nice. Great views to the mountains of Jeju. Convenience store (although not 0-24) on the ground floor.

Cons:

The parking spaces was quite small.

Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel Astar während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Busterminal entfernt und auch in der Nähe des Flughafens. Da wir als zwei Frauen ohne Auto auf Jeju unterwegs waren, haben wir die Nähe zum Busterminal geschätzt. Unsere beiden Doppelzimmer, die wir allein genutzt habe, waren sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ein großes Bett mit der bequemer Matratze sowie die Ruhe im Zimmer haben zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat sich bemüht, bei Fragen und Anliegen weiterzuhelfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für uns ein echtes Highlight, da es eine große Auswahl an traditionellen koreanischen Gerichten und westlichen Speisen bot.

Cons:

Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels hat mich persönlich weniger angesprochen. Für Reisende ohne Auto ist die zentrale Lage in Jeju City jedoch sehr praktisch. Bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt würde ich dennoch eine Unterkunft in Küstennähe bevorzugen, da mir die Atmosphäre dort besser gefallen hat.

Hôtel pratique disposant de bons services mais dégradé par un accueil glacial et un petit soucis de propreté

Worth the price, clean room and good location
Pros:

Overall, I rate our stay in this hotel very good. Staff is friendly (generally Koreans are very kind and super helpful which made our whole trip special 🥰) and our room was very clean. Location was also great, very close to airport and easily accessible by car to different parts of Jeju-do. Hotel had free parking spots. Shortly saying, our stay was worth the money.

Cons:

The only small minus was communication. Compared to Seoul here not many people speak English. But still for basic conversation you manage:) in my opinion, breakfast can be improved but still it is underrated.
