Impressive!! The location is very good. We saw the Shwedagon Pagoda so clear and beautiful. The staffs were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with variety of food and changed everyday. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfort. Wifi was okay.
Nothing.
Clean, comfortable and an attractive location with very good service
Slightly dated, but everything worked properly
The staff were very polite and friendly. I loved the location opposite People's Park.
I didn't like anything of their facilities...
Their Wifi couldn't connect with my laptop and they weren't welcome to help me...The receptionist staffs were pretending like they were very busy at that moment...The breakfast station was too small and they hadn't so much menu and those were nearly tasteless
Location. They accomodated my request for early check in. Massive hotel, spacious room & bath, relatively clean however old & outdated carpet & fixtures. Room with a view of Shwedagon Pagoda. Decent & delicious breakfast.
Very noisy from the loud music downstairs or neighbor. Good thing we’re very tired and all we wanted was to sleep.
Carpet on the rooms and hallways are outdated and looks dirty. Shampooing would help. :)
Good
The staff were helpful and kind!
The bed was amazing! Great quality and I felt hugged!
The bedroom is a bit old and old-fashion but it was clean and everything was working!
Friendly staff. Access to currency exchange, and taxi services. Very hospitable.
The odd power cut. But these were very short lived, and in line with conditions in myanmar at this time. There was 0 disruption because of this.
This time, my stay was better. Also I noticed that staffs are more alert, friendly and willingness to help. Partly due to my last negative feedback few months back. The hotel mgmt has been alerted, and took several precautions and measures,to polish up and toughen up the hotel service standards in terms of managing, handling of foreign guests,in areas such as Front reception to housekeeping. The front desk staff are more alert, tactful, and professional handling check in/check out, they are also friendly, warmth and helpful. I had a great opportunity to meet and dine with the hotel GM. He is really concerned about my past experiences staying in the hotel, he was open minded, a great listener, to our geniune feedback, a man of actions and not words. He give hotel guest assurances for better improvement in their hotel services. This time, my room (#528) has a faulty bedside lamp, the techy staff came, to reconnect the electrical wire embedded in the lamp mounting, they repaired it quite instantly. As for the food quality during breakfast, it was great. The food was delicious. The chicken curry, the Indian prata, the Indian potato curry, the black bean fish, nasi goreng, simple fried cabbage were done so perfectly, which reminds me of homecook food. Just simple, nice and warmth in my stomach. Thanks to Chef Mark and his team. Restaurant staff were good, helpful, willingness to serve. The front security staff, guarding the main door, they were also helpful, alert and kind. TQ🙏😍
I like the location, good accessibility and can get the beautiful of the People's Park and the Shwedagon Pagoda.
Beds and pillows are a bit smelly and to check for the washing and drying system. I was charged the international rate even I booked the hotel within Myanmar and I am a Myanmar citizen. It was a bit unfair to me since the system showed with MMK for the price and I booked it and intended to pay the same shown amount in MMK. It is beyond hotel staff's capability to help offering with local rate. This should be fixed between the travel app holder/contractor to have the flexibility when the similar issue happened.
Very good service
Very convenance. Safe are friendly
Good service
Check in on 9 June evening, reception has difficulty to find me a room. They finally found a room on second floor (#rm 237),low floor, they said is an upgraded room for me. However, it was noisy at night, a lot water water pipping sound, worst mosquito in room. I got stung 3 times on my arms, bad swollen. Swell did not reduced even though I applied medicine. Shower room is a standing shower, rusted a little, water splashing out all directions, shower head is old and rusted. My stay in this hotel is worsening, everytime I check in. Each time, I had different bad experiences. Last trip, about 2.5 months ago. I had bed bugs bite. The only thing I like, is the hotel location, near to my partners office and the food (breakfast) in coffee house were good, coffee house staff were good too
The staff was very friendly. Getting an iron was very helpful. The meals weregood. They arranged to get me a ride to the airport upon checkout.
Clean n nice
Great place.
Good breakfast
Very friendly staff
The room has the feeling of the 90s, but very clean and smells good
The swimming pool is a bit small and was too busy because of the water festival.
