All in all it was very good.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good and it had a plus side being the Netflix on the TV. The reception staff were helpful especially Arvin.

Cons:

Nothing. However Maybe some better lift access across the whole property

Pros:

First, the breakfast buffet was amazing. A lot of food.
Location was also a plus.

Cons:

Room was not sound- proofed. Heard noise, banging and hammering from outside.

Also, please improve the restrooms at the lobby. Look old and smelly.

Convenience is the bestseller here. Will definitely come back here on our next trip!
Pros:

The location was great! Really great! Walking distance to EVERYWHERE you need to be. We enjoyed thrift shopping at night due to the fact that the hotel was near. Usually some hotels would still require taking public transportation to centers. Here, you literally just cross the street.

Parking was good to! With a 24/7 guard that makes sure your car is safe.

Cons:

Breakfast was meh. So much meh that we didn't bother getting breakfast the 2nd day. Though there was an egg section, however, that was it. The rest of the food was either bland or didn't stand out at all.

BAGUIO REVISITED
Pros:

Location! Location! Location! The hotel is a stone throw away from Burnham Park and if you have the walking stamina for Baguio, SM mall and even Session Road is walkable. A few restaurants and stores are very near if you don't want the hustle of going to SM. They have a wide variety of dishes for their breakfast//brunch buffet with a crooner to serenade you! The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The hotel had 2 buildings and we were in the 2nd floor of the old part which did not have elevators. I only got to know that it had one in the second building which apparently connects to the old part. That was a struggle for me who have a bad knee. And we had problems with the toilet which clogs up and does not flush properly. We had to call maintenance twice to had it fixed.
