The location was great, the room size totally fine - felt larger than expected. Everything was clean and tidy, the room was well equipped.
Maybe the ventilation system could be improved - aircon and dehumidifier were available and working fine, which was good, but no real "fresh air" was notable after a few days. There were vents in the room, but not sure if any airflow went through them.

The location is great in the heart of Chinatown but no outside noise.
The staff were extremely helpful & friendly & my contact with Mary, Dolly & Xia was excellent.
I don't hesitate to highly recommend this hotel & I hope to return in the future.

Excellent location - walking distance to many main attractions. The room is clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Mary, Dolly and Xia are very nice and always ready to help.
Location was excellent, able to readily access transport lines and surrounded by eating options. Free laundry on site was an added bonus! Xia, Mary and Dolly were all very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Responses were prompt and courteous!
It is definitely small for a couple, and the glass partitions between the sleeping and bathroom areas did little to enhance any privacy.
Ideal location in Chinatown close to the Metro and the main attractions, cosy room with a comfy bed and lovely shower, friendly and attentive staff, highly recommend :)

Location is perfect, walking distance from most of the main attractions. The room was well equiped and clean.
The staff was very helpful, we were in touch since the booking was completed, the team supported us with storing our luggage for a few hours, they were very friendly. Big thank you especially to Xia, Mary and Dolly
I thought the system with the door key on the phone was quite easy and the people (Xia, Mary, and Dolly) have been really nice and helpful. I arrived very late, but it was no problem.
The room is quite small. For me it was no problem at all, but in Europe rooms tend to be bigger.
Sehr gute Lage (Hop on - hop off Bus hält 100 m entfent), 5 - 10 Min. zu Fuß zu den MRT-Stationen Maxwell oder Chinatown.
Restaurants, Cafés und Bars fußläufig wenige Min. entfernt (z.B Maxwell Food Center).
Super hilfreiches Personal (Mary, Xia, Dolĺy) immer per WhatsApp, Telefon und teilweise vor Ort erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Unser Schlafzimmer war auf einer Galerie.
Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit guter Preis/Leistung.
Location was excellent, close to bus/tram/restaurants/shops. The staff, Ryan, Mary, Xia & Dolly were really helpful and provided brilliant info about surrounding area/activities. Room was really nice and good size. Hidden Gem!

Die Prozedur übers einchecken per mobile App war holprig, ohne Zugang zum Trelefonnetz in Singapore fast nicht möglich.

Das Personal, hier namentlich "Mary" superprofessionel, serviceorientiert. Glückwunsch an die Herrschaften, die sie eingestellt haben. Ein echter Mehrwert für die Hotelgesellschaft!
Das ganze Handling über die vielen E-mails und Hinweise fürs einchecken offensichtlich notwendig, aber teilweise nervig.
Ich fühlte mich zeitweise gegängelt.
