Excellent locatio. Easy access to public transport, bars and restaurants, hawkers etc Mary Belle and Jamie were always helpful
We had some miscommunication regarding washer and dryer, but all was resolved ultimately.
Great place to stay, for a few days or even longer. The skylight room is actually quite large with a spacious bathroom. Rooms have everything you need and the team of Jamie, Mary and Belle is always available and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back soon.

Room is tad small
Quiet, comfy sleep. Great bathroom and shower design. Walking distance to so much in China town and water front. Close to trains and food and culture. Make sure to load your passkey app before arrival and entry is simple.
The numbers on the door code buttons are nearly worn off. Not a problem if your vision is good.
Great location right in Chinatown but still quiet at night. Mary, Belle and Jamie made the mobile check in easy and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay.
Check-in was thankfully seamless, and I was able to store my luggage there after checking-out since I had a late flight that day. I liked how the place were situated close to everything: Chinatown, various museums, Marina Bay, etc. Also, Mary, Belle, and Jamie were really helpful hosts for the overall experience, so thank you!
Great location and loved that we had a washing machine to wash our clothes in the unit.
The inflexibility of the company and the staff before our stay. We requested to adjust our dates and even added a night costing us more money. Even though the dates we needed were available and we were spending more money the staff still would not accept the change. Due to this I would not recommend staying here and only book if you know 100% that your plans won’t change.

Great location, everything is close, food, MRT, and main spots, so getting around is easy. The place was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for work with stable Wi-Fi. Mary Belle, and Jamie were very helpful, and the team was responsive on WhatsApp. Overall, the service was excellent.
