This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony.
A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.

Perfect location. And good communication for accessing our room remotely
A really pleasant stay overall. The location in Chinatown is excellent, the rooms are of a very high standard, and the automated check-in and digital door key system were particularly convenient. Everything was straightforward and well organised, making for a very easy and comfortable stay.
The only minor downside was the noise from the dehumidifier and air conditioning, both of which were quite loud and needed to run continuously. That said, I appreciate they’re probably necessary given Singapore’s heat and humidity.
The rooms are equipped for a long-term stay, with a large fridge and laundry. Once the mobile check in is done, the experience is seamless. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp is very responsive and friendly.
Location is in a walking distance to several hawker stalls and train station.
Biggest negative is the check-in process with the app. The app was very slow and cumbersome, adding to the stress after being tired from a long flight. Not sure if it was my network connection. Please improve the app check in ease of use.

If you are visiting just for sighseeing and dont need a pool etc .. this is perfect and cost effective way to stay, the very helful staff Pearl , Kisha & Edmar were so helpful on any questions we had during the stay , recommended

As stated their profiles, the location at Chinatown can be noisy and it wasn't too bad the first night of my stay but the second night, music from nearby pub/bar didn't stop till 2 ish.

I was really happy with my stay here! I stayed for only one night, and given the size of most accommodations in Singapore, the room exceeded my expectations. I would love to come back for a longer stay.
They also kindly kept my bag for six hours and stayed in touch with me throughout, which I really appreciated. The place was comfortable and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and a decent-sized bedroom. They did a great job of providing everything one might want, including a desk, safe box, toiletries, etc. They even had complimentary laundry, which for me is unheard of!
Overall, I had a really wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Checkin was a little difficult at first however Edmar, Pearl and Kisha were a great help. They were available also to make the experience smooth and timely responses to any questions I had always ensuring my interest and experience was smooth.
Digital key sometimes didn't register right away but still worked so not too big of an issue.
I like the cleanliness and the location. It is worth the money.
You will likely hear some noise from the outside at times.
The location is perfect its near almost everything. Just walking distance to major tourist spot.and the place is better than in the picture

The workers are really hard working, especially Pearl who helped me with AC problems even though it was late at night
There is no ventilation in the bathroom so the water from showering will stay there for too long of a time.
