Value for money, pro customer service, heart of Chinatown
Pros:

The customer service was superb. They're available onsite and helped me get in. Edmar, Belle & Jean were available through WhatsApp and were so quick to respond. The location is just on the opposite side of the temple and Chinatown street. Check-in was seamless with the app. The room has everything you need, including a microwave and fridge. I also stopped by their small lounge - kind staff, karaoke, and a place to recharge for a short stop. (Attached some photos from when I checked-out)

Cons:

I opted for the no-window room, but would go for a window next time for some personal body-clock reminder.

Great location & service
Pros:

Edmar, Belle & Jean offered great service & are very responsive. The location is very convenient in the heart of Chinatown. Check in & out via the app was very convenient we received our bond back very quickly.

Cons:

Noise from the hall way can be a bit loud, the rooms need soft close doors.

The property is in a prime location with excellent accessibility. Getting to major tourist attractions was convenient, whether by bus, MRT, or Grab.
