Fantastic location, right across the street from China Town and a half an hour walk from Marina Bay. 2 minute walk from the subway so very easy to get around the city. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The staff were so welcoming and available for any questions. Thanks Pearl, Edgar and Mitch for a lovely stay!
Accessible around chinatown and close to Maxwell Hawker and the MRT
The loft style layout, the stairs are accident prone. The room was too small for the price we paid.

I had a really great stay here and everything was perfect. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around and explore the city. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well organized.
I also really appreciated the digital check-in, which was very easy and convenient to complete directly from my phone.

1. Condiciones de la habitación:
En la habitación sin ventana, no hay ningún extractor, hay aire acondicionado que solo enfría el aire que hay dentro de la habitación pero no se ventila ni entra oxígeno nuevo. Con la humedad que hay las toallas nunca se secan. No hay aire para respirar.
No hay servicio de recambio de toallas en 3 días que estuvimos.
2. No se trata de un hotel:
Es un apartamento. No hay recepción. No vais a ver ningún trabajador. Todo es autogestionable. No hay servicio.
3. Te obligan hacer un checkin online, donde te obligan introducir tus datos bancarios (acción prohibida por booking) y pagar fianza de 200€
4. Para que puedas acceder a tu habitación (como no hay ningún humano de servicio allí) te obligan descargar su app complicada, introduciendo todos tus datos y aceptar que ellos no se hacen responsable de su tratamiento. Si no haces todo esto, duermes en la calle y no te devuelven el dinero.
5. Después de la primera noche, a falta de oxígeno, pedimos cancelar nuestra estancia, ya que claramente incumplen la legislación de la obra (tienen extractores falsos en el techo), nos dijieron que tuvieron que tapar la ventilación por los insectos que entraban por allí y nos lo denegaron de todas formas.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff Edmar, Pearl and Mitch were super friendly and helpful. They made it really easy to get set up after out long flight.

Big thanks to Edmar, Pearl, and Mitch for their amazing hospitality! He helped carry my heavy luggage to the second floor, she has the sweetest, most contagious smiles. Luggage storage was smooth and convenient. Above all, the place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I felt completely at ease.
A bit compact, the dehumidifier is quite noisy, but understandable.
