really clean, very accessible to nearby amenities. mitch, edmar and belle were super accommodating and were incredibly responsive! would stay here again without question. laundry facilities were amazing and most welcome!

Area is great, flat is small but cozy and has all the necessities you could need for a short stay.

Pros:

The location was good, it was in the middle of chinatown and it's wasn't noisy at night.
Lots of delicious food choices around so you won't be afraid that there's nothing to eat.

Cons:

Everything is good is just that the socket nearby the bed I didn't manage to see it until the morning. But all is still good !

Ottima posizione, digital consierge super gentile e disponibile
Pros:

La posizione era ottima, in Chinatown e non lontano dal Quae e dal maket Lou Pa Sat, raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. Di fianco all'ingresso dell'edificio c'è anche un coffee shop take away a buon prezzo, comodissimo per la colazione. Non c'è la reception e non è presente lo staff in hotel, ma nonostante questo la digital consierge (Xia) è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora e risponde tempestivamente. È stata molto gentile durante il mio soggiorno lì. Anche la pulizia ottima. Comodo il fatto di avere più lavatrici e asciugatrici disponibili nel corridoio, con la possibilità anche di lavare con un programma veloce di 15 minuti. Anche il letto comodissimo e la stanza era più grossa del previsto, aveva anche la finestra. Consigliato!

Cons:

L'unica cosa scomoda è il fatto che per accedere alla camera è necessario scaricare un'app e utilizzare quella come chiave virtuale. In caso di telefono scarico potrebbe dare problemi (anche se è presente un tablet nel corridoio con cui chiamare la digital consierge, ma personalmente non l'ho mai usato). So che alcuni hanno avuto problemi e una volta qualcuno che non riusciva a entrare nella sua stanza è venuto a bussare nella mia mentre dormivo, svegliandomi, quindi non è il massimo della situazione. Sarebbe più comodo mettere le tessere o un codice.

location is right in the center of SG, close to China Town and easy access to many MRT lines.

Cant get better for this price as a couple visiting central Singapore.
Pros:

I dont think you can beat this for the price. Its basically a compact studio, for the same price as 2x capsules. For a couple its a no brainer. Private ensuite, private kitchenet (massive fridge), easy access to FREE laundry machines, great location in Chinatown, secure luggage deposit, big comfy bed with TV for movie night in. We were very comfortable even over our 5 night stay, we could have easily stayed for longer with no complaints.

Cons:

If they wanted to improve the room even further, I suggest swapping out the big fridge for a small one to create more space / extend the kitchen worktop. The big fridge is a bit unnecessary and probably chucks out some heat.

The ventilation could be a bit better, especially for two people. The dehumidifier / air purifier was apprechiated.

Heerlijk verblijf, absolute aanrader
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch. De kamers zijn erg schoon, maar wel aan de kleine kant. De online check-in en digitale sleutel is wel even uitzoeken, je moet de heritage collection app vinden, niet de heritage appartments. Dankzij de online hulp van Mitch is het allemaal gelukt. De online ondersteuning is geweldig, dank je wel Mitch. Ook de bagage opslag verliep vlekkeloos. We komen zeker terug, op onze terugreis als we weer een paar dagen in Singapore verblijven.

Cons:

Enige minpunt was dat er geen thee en koffie op de kamer was, de waterkoker was daardoor een beetje overbodig 🫣.
