The hotel was OK - functional and a good location. But not a welcoming comfortable room.
Pros:

It is well located in the city and there are good restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent: always friendly, helpful and responsive. We had maintenance problems that they fixed immediately. The bed was decent.

Cons:

The hotel is spartan. The decor is harsh - unpleasant, bright, cold blue LED lights and cold white painted walls. Even a renovated room has areas that were poorly finished (behind the bathroom door) and hard to clean. It was difficult to regulate the air con. We could hear our neighbours through the walls. We thought the breakfast buffet was overpriced and quality was average.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena y el personal de recepción es amable.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en general no son lo que se muestra en fotos. El personal de estacionamiento deja mucho que desear.

Comodo con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente hotel, accesible y en una zona excelente, aunado a eso el personal es super atento, desde la recepción hasta restaurant, volvería, no incluye desayuno pero tampoco es caro el buffet y está completisimo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones puede que requieran ser remodeladas, los muebles y puerta del baño se ven viejos aunque no molesta

Pros:

I can’t begin to express how wonderful our experience was. The included breakfast/lunch was excellent better than most. I highly recommend going early, around 7:00 a.m., when everything is fresh and plentiful.
I especially want to mention the room attendant her name was Eva Mena wonderful woman sooo nice, I believe. She was incredibly sweet, respectful, and humble.
I was traveling with an elderly patient, and she went out of her way to help us when she didn’t have to.
She was always smiling and so kind.
The service was always immediate, and they even provided us with an extension cord when we needed one. Lots of blankets
Just be quick elevator close to fast no slow pokes lol.
Overall, it was a great place, and we truly appreciated the care and attention we received.
