Great friendly staff and very good customer service.

I enjoyed staying because of the good service staff but the interior especially the bathroom is not pleasing.. some of the towels were torn and so thin

Rooms falling apart and dirty, ceiling in bathroom leaked and weird smell. Would not recommend

Was welcomed by the extremely friendly receptionist called V. She also provided good information on where I am able to obtain certain food products that are unique in Hanoi within HCM area.

However, hotel may want to check the wiring/electrical in room 202, lights flickering in the toilet sometimes.

L'hôtel a changé par rapport à la première fois où j'y est séjourné. La salle petit déjeuné n'existe plus et a été remplacé par un petit salon de massage, donc pour le petit dej, se rendre à l'hôtel juste à côté où l'on peu trouver un petit dej vraiment pas terrible.

Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is two dogs away and a bit of a disaster.

ロケーションがいい。ベンタイン市場も近いしバスターミナルにも近い。ホテルの人も親切だった。

When checking in, I was transfered to another hotel, even in the neighborhood. The hotel, Lien Thanh, provided the room, which wasnt so bad. There is a bathtub inthe room, when filling in it, hot water has stopped, then the bathtub was cold. The shelf on the wall was just above the toilet and located on a so low position that I was nearly hit my head at the corner edge when standing up. The bath floor is slippy when it is somehow wet. Generally the bathroom isnt satisfying.

I have to paid 300,000 dong extra because my daughter 10years old but taller. I stayed at level 7th without lift. You have to pay mineral water 40,000 from icebox if you taken at counter. What type of hotel you provided. This hotel not recomended for stayed

For overall impression, good room. However, for specific matters, there are something not satisfying. For example, the bath tub was without plug to keep water, so it needs to call staff to bring it. The bed was somehow so hard, etc. Not bad, also considering good location, but not so competitive than others.

立地が大変わかりづらいです。また、このホームページの写真と内装が全く別物です。
2階の部屋だったのですが。従業員の通路にもなっているようで、立てつけが悪いから隙間があり、のぞけるようになっていました。
アメニティーは、パジャマはありません。
バスマットも汚いものが1枚置いてあるので使いませんでした。スリッパを持っていくことをお勧めします。
なお、タクシーは受付で読んでもらったほうがぼったくりにあいませんよ。

Area good for Muslim & a lot of halal foods, walking distance to shopping area.
Hotel staff are suppotive & had given some propsal the place to visit in HCMC

This hotel has changed the name and then I couldn't see whether I have arrived at the right hotel. However, it is surely the hotel previously named Pavilion. As with the hotel name, the room has been renovated, and the equipment seem finer than before. Along with other many restaurants around the hotel, this hotel can be recommended.
