Great resort, didn’t stay but went every night for drinks and dinner, staff are the best can’t make you any more welcome. ☺️ Next time in Cambodia 🇰🇭 we are staying here.

Dinner with Apsara dance show
Pros:

Wonderful experience of dinner with the Apsara show. The performances were really beautiful. The vibe of the place is so soothing. They even arranged for good vegetarian options. Definitely recommend to book this experience during the stay in this beautiful resort like residence.

Wonderful week at Golden Temple Residence
Pros:

We had a fabulous 7 night stay at the Golden Temple Residence, Siem Reap. This is a beautiful boutique hotel, extremely well located very close to the action but just far enough away too. The facilities are excellent but it is the wonderful, friendly staff that really make this hotel so good. Special thanks to Harry and Victoria - always happy, always smiling - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us brilliantly from beginning to end. Thanks also to David, Janok and Leakena and the rest of the team in the pool side restaurant, for their fantastic service throughout every day of our stay. The ladies in the spa and the general room service team were wonderful too.
Overall we had a superb stay and would highly recommend

Wonderful Relaxation

The staff are extremely kind. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to meet your needs. They will help you with anything you may want aro7nd town. We had wonderful massages also!!! The food at the restaurant is excellent.

Excellent tour through Angkor Wat
Pros:

Sinet was a wonderful guide for our Angkor Wat tour. He graciously led us through the temples at a relaxed pace while sharing key features and history. He was accommodating to our energy levels and interests. At no point did we fell exhausted or that the information was overbearing. The driver was also smooth and patient with his driving and always provided water a cold towels every time moved to another spot.

All in all a great experience with Sinet, the driver, and all supporting staff. Worth every penny. Their guidance and care made visiting these wonders a smooth and enriching experience.

Angkor Wat re-imagined! Golden Temple Residence.
Pros:

Right from the check in process with Harry taking care of us. With arranging the Magical tours with a private guide Sinet and van with driver Chia, they did an outstanding job. Sinet was very knowledgeable and an excellent photographer. Chia knows where to drop you and pick you up at the right spot with cold water ready for you. It was a seamless 3 days of tours. Breakfast was bountiful. On the whole, the golden temple team knows how to take care of people.

Siem Reap Cambodia
Golden Temple Residence, massages, temple tours and cultural shows through the hotel were above 5 stars. Kim was our guide to temples and city, Sohn and Yuti were our drivers, Vntana was our contact at the hotel. Staff eye excellent, helpful, professional and polite.

Excellent Overall
Pros:

I stayed here 6 night and it was excellent in most respects. My room was beautiful and spacious with a comfortable bed and great shower. The service from everyone at the hotel was excellent. It has a great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants - but is relatively quiet. Hotel arranged airport pickup which was very convenient. And, the restaurant area is beautiful. My only criticism is that the breakfast is not very good. The noodle soup is good and the omelettes are fine, but the cooked foods are not good. On the other hand, I ate lunch there one day and the food was excellent. I also got a massage at the hotel spa: it was excellent. So, high marks overall.

Exceptional hotel without any negatives whatsoever
Pros:

This is a truly exceptional hotel. Centrally located, beautiful rooms, high quality buffet breakfast, and, most importantly, amazingly attentive service. For example we wanted to check out at 2pm, and the staff accommodated us with a big smile. Our 4-day stay here was a pure delight.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Siem Reap!
Pros:

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Golden Temple Residence in Siem Reap this past week. While we know that some people may be worried traveling to Siem Reap at the moment, the city feels very safe and everyone was extremely welcoming during our stay!

The hotel is in a prime location with beautiful amenities. They arranged a private tour of Angkor Wat for us, which included a private driver in an air conditioned car that drove us to each location. We were also able to enjoy a beautiful breakfast on a boat on the river that surrounds the temple! After our tour, our tour guide took us to a local artisan shop with items made by local families and we found some beautiful gifts to bring home. We were so happy with the whole experience!

The hotel itself is very modern and clean, and we will absolutely stay here again when we are in Siem Reap next.

Excellent holiday!
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, we are really happy for chose it. We spent 3 days in Siem Reap, which is a very safe city, we have not feel anything from the situation between Cambodia and Thailand.
Cambodian people (including staff also :) ) are very kind and friendly, the service was excellent, thank you for this experience!

An excellent experience
Pros:

The people here were very welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. My family and I had a delicious dinner while watching traditional dancing and music by the pool. The hotel itself and its amenities are very nice, the rooms were spacious and well kept and outdoor seating/venue by the pool is filled with greenery and beautiful lighting. Would stay here again.

Prefect stay in Siem Reap

Hotel accommodation, food (breakfast, lunch and the Apsara course dinner) was amazing. Really enjoyed the breakfast variety and the freshness of the lunch too. Every single employee here from the desk, restaurant and housekeeping were so pleasant and very helpful to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Joey especially made this stay extra special for us! We booked a monk blessing with her and she walked us through every step with exceptional care! We even visited a legit local market that was filled with delicious treats we were able to try thanks to Joey! Lastly, location was perfect. Great spot to be able to walk around and check out other local sites (market/shops/pub street).
