Amazing experience. Our Tour Guide SOM was incredible, displayed extensive knowledge of the temples explained properly and clearly in "American" English. Couldn't have asked for a better more suitable guide. Highly recommended for any traveller looking for a perfect guide

Amazing hotel and staff - must stay hotel

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
I initially booked to stay in hotel for 4 days and extended another 10 days as I was so happy.

Rooms are beautifully designed and hotel is very central, yet very quiet.

Breakfast is excellent, I am vegetarian and Samnang, David, the chefs and the team took care of me and made me what I wanted to eat, including delicious oat milk latte which was the highlight of my day.

I used the spa and had a number of treatments and would recommend to anyone wanting to pamper themselves.

I also ordered room service and they were accommodating to make me food I wanted to eat and it was always top quality and worth the money.

They can help organise excursions or get tuk tuks for travel around and this made my life easier. The organised my trip to Angor Wat which was amazing. Another highlight was going to a monk water blessing with Joey, such a memorable and beautiful experience I highly recommend. She was able to guide me on whole process.

Nary was the first person I liased with when booking my room and along with the other managers and the staff they took excellent care of me and I will miss them. The staff and there are too many to name here we’re all so kind and upbeat and this is what really makes this hotel so special.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap and I look forward to returning one day.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

We are staying at this hotel for our week in Siem Reap and the staff here is incredibly kind and helpful. Saketh the manager has been very helpful and generous since we have been here. The breakfast is delicious! We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Golden Temple Residence in Siem Reap. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean, and offer a perfect mix of comfort and local charm. The entire property has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

What really stands out is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, which made a big difference.

We also attended one of the evening events at the hotel, which included a traditional Cambodian dance performance accompanied by live music and a multi-course dinner. It was a fantastic experience. The performance was captivating and gave a great insight into Cambodian culture, while the food was absolutely outstanding – each course was delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, we can highly recommend the Golden Temple Residence. It’s a perfect choice for anyone visiting Siem Reap who is looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable cultural experience.

BEST HOTEL BY PUB STREET

My stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Especially the host Mr. Saketh. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very relaxing. Every detail, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere, exceeded my expectations. Excellent location. Beautiful atmosphere. I had an incredible spa experience in the Lotus spa. it is clean, relaxing and with caring and skilled Ms. Savy who gave me the massage with hot rocks!

Amazing Experience!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing experience! So many wonderful employees too. Rotana (Harry) at the front desk has been amazing. Mr. Kai gave us a beautiful and informative tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples, as well as a peaceful breakfast on the water. We highly recommend him as a tour guide! Hent, who has driven us multiple places, is also terrific. Incredible service, people, food, experiences, and rooms!

A place you never forget when you come to visit Siem Reap. The hotel provides Great services, facilities, staff, people are very welcome and warmth, serving like I will never want to leave for another place. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Pros:

Mr. Souong, Mr. Yan and Mr. Visal should all be commended for their excellent customer service. There was a little problem during our initial reception which these 3 gentlemen handled perfectly to make sure we felt like important AMA welcomed guests. The way they handled the situation makes us look forward to our stay here even more!!!

Recommend Day Tour with Chong!
