It was good but wouldn't go there again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helped with all questions. The location was great as not directly in the old town, so a bit more quiet but walking distance of 3 minutes. The room was spacious for the three of us.
For the price it was all okay.

Cons:

The bathroom was moldy in some parts and it was very smelly. The pipes are very old. When someone flushed the toilet in another room we heard the bumming of the pipes. The cleaning of the floor could be better also bed sheets haven't been changed, only tucked in.
I asked for a quiet room upfront as we traveled withour 3 year old daughter. We got a room to the road which was noisy until maybe 10pm which made it difficult to put our daughter asleep.
The breakfast was not diverse at all, every day the same and not so good. Would book without it and have breakfast and coffee somewhere else.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within a short walk to the Old Town. It is on a side street so not too noisy at night. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a range of great choices. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff, un ottima colazione, molto varia e abbondante. Ottima posizione leggermente defilata dal casino ma non troppo.

Cons:

L'odore di muffa. La stanza doveva avere il balcone ma il balcone (e la finestra) davano sull'interno delle scale (in stile Harry Potter). Questo non permette una buona aereazione. Siamo uscite da lì che sia noi che tutte le nostre cose odoravano di muffa.

Would stay here everytime!
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Let us settle up all our added nights at the end no stress. The property was super clean and really cute. The mini bar was stocked incase we needed it, having that was a life savor. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean comfortable space that’s walkable in Hoi An!
