Simply superb! The best hotel of my entire 8 day trip, right from the checkin, the hospitality, the warm reception, breakfast, the rooms, the vibe, the facilities, everything.. PERFECT!!
And yes most important, its location! it's just a stones throw away from Hoi an old town, 5 min walking. The host is very very welcoming and quickly makes you feel at home. It has a lovely cozy common area- one at lowest level and one at the terrace.
And yes all of this at a budget price.
My only regret was that I could only spend a night here. I can't recommend this enough!

The room smelled of mold, and even though I had written beforehand that my wife is allergic to mold, they ignored me, and my wife couldn't sleep.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything. The location is great for walking into the old town, just a few minutes away, and access to the tourist buzz of Hoi An.
Breakfast is buffet style with other hot dishes available and it’s very good. Once roof was adjacent to a very nice roof terrace. The staff were always friendly, helpful and smiling
