Personnel au petit soin de ses clients !
Pros:

Le personnel est très prévenant et au service du client. Le meilleur hôtel sur ce point lors de notre voyage !!

Cons:

La piscine est anecdotique et très petite. Il ne s'agit pas réellement d'un avis négatif, les prestations de l'hôtel étant parfaites.

心遣いがうれしい
Pros:

連泊していてホテルに戻ると掃除中だったため、ロビー
で待っていると、扇風機をつけてくれ、さらに冷たい物を持ってきてくれた。その細やかな気配りがうれしかった。

L'emplacement est vraiment top ...pas trop près pas trop loin !!! Parfait

Cons:

Malheureusement pas mal de bruit venant des guest logés en même temps que ns . Ce matin par exemple, à 4h, une famille logeant dans 2 chambres différentes, n'avait rien de mieux à faire que converser ( en parlant extrêmement fort ) dans le couloir !
Dommage et en même temps ça doit être une coutume locale...car dans les couloirs il y a des panneaux demandant le silence !
Sinon très bien ...

Ze mensen die er werken en de eigenaar waren super lief! Ze hebben ons enorm geholpen. Verder was de spa ook echt heerlijk voor normale prijs. Er is een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dak waar je mooie zonsondergang hebt.

Amazing - we loved our stay here
Pros:

We honestly can’t then Lin and An enough for their amazing hospitality while staying at Hoang Trinh Hotel, nothing was too much trouble, they were both able to answer our questions, make recommendations, book spa services and arrange room service when my husband wasn’t feeling well.

Tonight we ate in the restaurant and while speaking with An afterwards, she revealed she was the chef tonight- I ordered pork with lemongrass and chilli and it was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve eaten whilst travelling throughout Vietnam.

The rooms are a comfortable size and well set up with room for your suitcase without intruding on the room itself.

The pool is a very comfortable temperature (we have often found pools throughout Asia are very cold and un-swimmable) and we happily spent several hours relaxing, swimming and talking to other guests and staff throughout our stay.

The only thing I can mention that wasn’t perfect was the room smells musty - either from the air conditioner or water damage in the bathroom- we just opened our balcony door and let air in before closing and air conditioning it over night. The beds are very firm also - but again that’s something we find all across SEA and you get accustomed to it quickly.

We will absolutely stay here again in the future as we have had such a wonderful experience - thank you again to both Lin and An and all the wonderful staff for making our stay so wonderful!!

Cons:

As mentioned above, the only thing that wasn’t 100% was the musty smell in the room. We just opened the balcony door and ventilated and turned on the air con and it was fine.
