Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The front of desk was very thoughtful and remembered us by name. She gave us great advice on where to go and local amenities. Would absolutely recommend to all travellers in Hoi An!!

Excellent séjour.
Pros:

L’hôtel est beau , les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Le matin, il y a un excellent et copieux petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant, on a mis des masques pour ne pas être réveillés à l’aube.

Hotel muy Cómodo con personal agradable y servicial
Pros:

Tienen todo lo que puedas necesitar y te ayudan en todo. El personal es súper amable, del primero al último. Ubicación muy buena. Desayunos increíbles y precio imbatible. Te facilitan toallas para la playa. bicicletas , transporte y servicio de lavandería a muy buen precio y en la puerta.

Cons:

Cuando llegas al hall parece un poco caotico y las instalaciones no parecen muy nuevas y mantenidas para los estándares europeos

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war herrlich. Wir konnten am Abreisetag den Pool den ganzen Tag benutzen und auch noch duschen gehen

Le personnel toujours souriant et agréable.
La réceptionniste est vraiment à l'écoute
Nous elle nous a gére toutes nos excursions.
L'hotel et trés bien placé pour aller au centre ville.

Perfect met extreem warm ontvangst
Pros:

Wij hebben een super driedaagse verblijf gehad in Hoi An dankzij de zeer behulpzame ondersteuning van de huisvrouw en zeker ook dankzij de twee extreem vriendelijke nachtbewakers. We werden altijd warm ontvangen, kregen enorm veel verse handdoeken en badhanddoeken en we konden altijd bij hen terecht voor vragen. Het kleine minpuntje van de compacte kamer is daardoor compleet te verwaarlozen.

Friendly staff, perfect location, yummy breakfast
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing on warm days and the location was perfect, not too far from the old town but not too busy. We were able to hire bicycles which was ideal. I would highly recommend this place.
