The staff went above and beyond, making every request feel effortless and every interaction genuine.

I was warmly greeted by Charles from Concierge — a team member whose thoughtful recommendations, attentive service, and genuine care help elevate a stay into an extraordinary experience. The hotel offered me a free walking/food tour to Chinatown and the staff of Ara,
Nina, and Tristan along with the tour guide, June made it one of the main highlights of my stay in the Philippines!

The on-site manager and leadership — set a tone of excellence that permeates every department. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is clear: from personalized greetings to accommodating special requests, they ensure every guest feels valued, welcomed, and eager to return.

Pros:

The experience is superb!
Breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I especially appreciated that it had a bathtub. The location is excellent, very close to BGC High Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and dining.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that a gate pass was required for the car, so I had to return to the admin office. It would have been helpful to receive a reminder about that beforehand.

The staff was exceptional—warm, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel special. They truly created a “home away from home” experience for us. From the team serving food to the bell staff, everyone carried out their responsibilities with genuine dedication and without any expectation of a tip.

A special mention goes to Krish, Abigail, Ramel, and Kristoff for their outstanding service each day. Rico at the reception helped us find a room perfectly suited to our needs, while Les and Deuz ensured that our luggage was handled safely and delivered promptly. Their professionalism and care made our stay truly memorable.

I always love to stay in Ascott BGC, not only because of the homey feeling but most especially the feeling of being a family in all of the staff who always assist us on all of our needs.

From Housekeeping (Most esp Mam Rebecca) , to Bellmans (Sir Charles and Lassy) , Guards, Frontdesk (Jericson, Kim and Thea) and staff from Restaurant (Kim and Mam Nina) I'm familiar with them because I have been an avid fan of Ascott BGC for almost 6 years already literally my 2 kids grow up knowing they can almost look forward of staying here, from running errands, from hospital and baby vaccine visits since it's nearby St. Lukes BGC, and every family occasion.

We really love staying here, perfect for a big family like us. From big beds, complete kitchen wares, a washer dryer feature on every room that makes our stay not feeling away from our home.

I will definitely go back always. As Ascott BGC always says "Welcome Back Home ♥️"
