Brilliant room, excellent customer service and prime location!
Pros:

I stayed at the Ascott for 4 Nights and booked a studio executive room for my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping is available on a daily if needed and the room comes with it's own mini kitchen and washing/tumble dryer which is useful should you need to do any quick laundry. The customer service was excellent with staff always available to assist when needed. During my time, I used the gym on a daily which is more than adequate for regular gym goers. The hotel is less than a minutes walk from the main BGC shopping strip and for those who enjoy basketball, is a 10 min walk from the Nike Courtyard basketball courts should you want to play.

Cons:

Just a very minor criticism about the pillows which in my opinion should be a bit firmer but this is a personal preference.

Great location, amenities and accommodations
Pros:

our stay was excellent, that's why we booked a couple more days after visiting Boracay. It is located in a great area. everything was close by. The gym is amazing plus the sauna and pool were really nice.

Amazing stay. Fantastic location. Great Staff.
Pros:

Staff is very good. The team at morning breakfast were very courteous. For people like us who stayed for almost 3 weeks, need to see some innovation and new things in the breakfast menu.

Cons:

If a dishwasher was also there, it would be perfect.

Good location. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

We were in the room when cleaners came to clean and we witnessed how it wasn't done very well. Very superficial cleaning, quick vacuum on certain spots only. Wiped down all benchtops and bathrooms in 2 minutes (with the same cloth)! They skipped a lot of areas despite us telling them that they can take their time as we were just watching tv. Not the staff's fault if they are under time pressure. But from that day on, we made sure we cleaned the surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes!
