The conference area are really nice. Spacious for our team and event. The hotel overall is so clean and organize. There is assurance of privacy on the room.
And our dedicated assistant “Emjjay” is so professional. He go around to every minute to ensure we have what we need. He is so calm and have a pleasing personality. I love talking to him and always showing smile to everyone.

We would like to commend Emjjay for the excellent service he has provided during our stay at Ascott for our business summit. He has been consistently attentive, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our visit.
He warmly greets us every time, ensures that the coffee, food, and utensils are always refilled, and keeps the tables clean and organized at all times. He is also very pleasant to talk to and readily answers all our questions.

Ascorr BGC food service developed well during my stay. Restaurant Managers very respondent to comments and suggestions. Good service though food selections not great.
Immersive living in BGC. The Single Premier Room is Amazing, we enjoy this Suite Room. We would love it if there was an oven. The location is great, a 30 second walk to the shops. The value for money is like in Makati, I rather choose this place and pay here rather than another hotel as the rooms are larger too. It was very clean and Aljohn managed and maintained our room very well. Great work 👏

We had an amazing 4-day stay and event experience at Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
Our event went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with our requests. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping our rooms clean, organized, and comfortable throughout our stay. Their consistency and attention to detail truly made us feel well taken care of.
We also want to give special recognition to Les, the bellboy who assisted us during our stay. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and approachable, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. His excellent customer service really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.
