A very pleasant and calm night in Magaluf!
Pros:

Location and air conditioning, and you have quite some space in the room with a balcony and bar with a beach view. It is also a five-minute walk to the center. The staff are also quite available and polite.

Cons:

Difficult to find any indeed. I am somewhat tricky with the breakfasts, and it could have been improved.

v kaviarni si partner nedal kávu, lebo tam nemali žiadne bezlaktózové mlieko.

milý personál a čistota

Cons:

Preplnená jedáleň, trvalo dlho, kým doložili skonzumované veci, nebolo tam nič pre bezlaktózových hostí, okrem mlieka, tiež káva bola dosť zlá.
K izbe, mali sme superior, alebo tak nejako, teda lepšiu izbu, ale rozthnutá záclona, iba 1 mini smetný kôš v kúpeľni, v sprche 1 nie moc vábny sprchový gél, radšej sme nepoužívali, na unývanie rúk mini mydlo, inak tam nebolo nič. Izba mala podľa bookingu obsahovať aj žehliace potreby a sušičku, ale nebolo tam nič z toho. Tiež v šatníku malo byť asi 8 vešiakov, ale boli len závesy, komplet vešiakov bolo asi 6 pre 2 osoby, tak sme boli v Jysku dokúpiť 10 ks aj sme to hotelu nechali, ako darček. Na vchodových dverách v ľavo asi 1cm medzera, takže sme počuli všetko čo sa dialo na chodbe, tiež múr pri zárubni okna by potreboval rekonštrukciu. Na teraske nič na zavesenie plaviek, kúpili sme si šnúru. Gym a welness na objednávku, inak zamknuté. 1 malý pomalý výťah pre 6 poschodový hotel. Škoda, hotel má potenciál, aj super personál a polohu.

Pros:

La vue, l’emplacement et le personnel très gentil

Cons:

Chambre : elles étaient sales à notre arrivée, le parquet tout gondolé, odeur de marijuana. Tous les équipements étaient usés et mal entretenus. Frigo collant et tout taché.

Buffet : misérable, unique légume choux de Bruxelles, buffet de cantine minuscule. Odeur de moisi qui sortait de la ventilation.

Nous avions réservé une semaine, mais nous n’avons même pas dormis une nuit nous sommes directement parties.

Le personnel a été compréhensif et nous avons pu être remboursé rapidement. Nous avons juste dû payer la première nuit.

Nagyon szuper szálloda,olyan amilyennek a képek is mutatják..Nagyon jó a fekvése,
"kilattással a tengerre"" valóban azt jelenti hogy néhany lépés a tenger. A medence is tökéletes a benne lévő viz hőfoka nagyon kellemes.
Személyzet kedves ,segitőkész.
Szoba jó nagy, az ágy nagyon kényelmes!
