Not the best expierence, but not the worst.
Pros:

We enjoyed the dinners and appreciated that there was a different meal every evening. The staff working in the dining area were very kind and friendly. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot by the sea.
We highly appreciate that the reception staff kindly assisted us and called a taxi from the hotel whenever we needed it.
The bar staff were very pleasant, and the service was excellent.

Cons:

We immediately realized upon arrival that this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotelat best, it is a 2-star hotel.
The room was cleaned every day, but each time we returned, we found black, curly hairs everywhere in the bed, on the floor, and even on the pillows.
The tap water smelled strongly of chlorine or something similar; it was impossible to properly brush our teeth with it.
We spent three days in a cold room and went to reception twice to ask them to fix the issue. After three days, staff came and told us that in order for the heating to work, we needed to firmly shut the balcony door, as there is an electric switch connected to it. As guests, we could not have known this, since nobody informed us. In the end, this is not the customer’s fault.
The pillows and beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
We were unpleasantly surprised that we had to pay a deposit for SPA towels.
It was our first time encountering such a situation we were surprised that a 4-star hotel does not already include bathrobes or slippers. There was no schampo in the bathroom, only dusch gel. Therefore, we do not believe this hotel meets 4-star standards.
At dinner, if you have half board, you are not allowed to drink anything other than water.
The elevator often had to be waited for several minutes, even when no one seemed to be using it at the time.
Breakfast offered exactly the same selection every day, with no variation at all.
We were also surprised that the hotel required us to pay €12 in cash plus a €5 deposit to use an electric kettle, as we were traveling with a baby. In all other 4-star hotels we have stayed at, this has always been included in the room but not here.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Pros:

Todo, y destacar el personal ( desde el personal de limpieza, de comedor y recepción). El avión salia a las 23:15 de la noche y nos facilitaron un checkout , nos cambiamos a otra habitación y seguimos disfrutando de todo incluido todo el dia. Un 10 para ellos.

Enviamos un mensaje 2 semanas antes de nuestra estancia para pedir información sobre el SPA y poder reservar pero nadie llegó a contestar nunca. A la llegada al hotel preguntamos cuando podíamos acceder al SPA y la respuesta fue que estaba lleno hasta dos días más tarde, es decir hasta el sábado 4/04/26,sin poder darnos ninguna solución. Después de insistir nos permitieron acceso 1 hora antes de su apertura habitual, la cual cosa nos partió todo el desayuno, sin poder disfrutar de este, y además tener que ducharnos corriendo después de salir del SPA porque llegaba la hora del check-out. Para colmo mientras hacíamos el check-out, día 03/04/26, hemos podido observar como una pareja que estaba haciendo el check-in se le ha dado acceso libremente a la hora que quisieran al SPA, sin tener ninguna reserva hecha, cuando a nosotros se nos dijo que hasta el sábado no había ningún hueco.
La cama de matrimonio no era la que seleccionamos en la reserva ya que eran dos camas de 90 juntas que todo el tiempo se separaban.
Por ultimo, las habitaciones que aparecen en las fotos a la hora de reservar no corresponden a la habitación que nos han dado, siendo mucho más antigua de lo que aparece en las imágenes.

Wygodne, ogromne łóżka. Pokój z jacuzzi super, uzupełniany mini bar, dobre WiFi. Dobre miejsce przy samej plaży i deptaku, w centrum.

Cons:

Jak teraz w hotelu jest tak głośno i wszystko tak słychać to co dopiero musi być w sezonie. Słaby wybór jedzenia na śniadaniach.

Para ser un 4 estrellas está muy viejito , el spa está muy antiguo , la habitación de como mucho 2 estrellas , el baño súper antiguo me daba cosa , pasé frío , no podías poner la calefacción yo no se por qué , y eso que dormí con las dos mantas que había en el armario .
