Clean, friendly staff. Ok for s one night stay in the city

Nice place. Shops, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Five minutes to the peer.

Room clean, plenty of hot water and towels changed daily. Reception were very helpful. Hotel was central to all the attractions.

Very basic accommodation but did exactly what was required & ideal for a weekend trip with friends. Good location in the heart of the city.

The hotel was well located for a dinner I was attending but unfortunately it was also well located for several late night pubs. It was very noisy until the middle of the night with a bass beat pounding out across the road until about 3pm.

During the week it might be much quieter so I wouldn’t rule it out then - but not on Friday or Saturday.

The facilities are clean and comfortable enough though.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel, good location and very convenient. The price is reasonable. My luggages were kept there without charge before checking in as I arrived early.

Clean. Excellent location. Bed not too comfortable; but manageable. I'd stay here again.

My daughter and I were planning a trip for the Liverpool University open day being held on Saturday, so we decided to come up from London on the Friday and stay over.

We booked Hotel 46 because of the location and the reasonable price. We were arriving fairly late on Friday and were out early on Saturday, so we were booking just a room for the night.

The staff were welcoming. We had 2 stages of security before reaching our room (door entry system), which was good.

Everything was clean, kettle with teas, coffees, etc were provided, along with an iron/ironing board. Also TV with a very clear picture/Freeview, and Wi-fi available.

It is situated approx. 5 mins walk from the main Town Centre and 10-15 mins walk from the University, so a very good location.

Liverpool is a 'happening' city, so you have to expect noise, music, etc from surrounding area, but it is not overpowering.

I would recommend Hotel 46. Its not all 'bells and whistles' but good value for a 1-2 night stay. Great location! Would definitely return....hopefully my daughter gets a place at Uni!!!

Greit hotell i nærheten av Mathew street. Får minus for ikke å ha heis.

Basic hotel but clean and tidy. Great location very close to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. Everywhere walkable. The staff were excellent, very friendly.

the reception area was still under refurb but my room was excellent

Hotell under oppussing så ingen varme på rommet og med +10 ute var det +10 inne og så kaldt der.
Wifi underdimensjonert og ustabilt. Tv ustabil, parabol med varierende signal.

This is so noisy that I can't fall in sleep at the whole night! As there are many bar and pub nearby, also many seagull was screaming at the morning....OMG ><

The location is probably why you find this "not hotel". The location includes a very noisy pub just in front of all windows of this place. Not only people making noise, loud music as well. If you are looking for a good bight sleep, forget it. The shower was very good.
Staff was bad and it is made to have as little interaction as possible.

difficult to find because there isnt a clear hotel front, and you have to look around a bit to get parked. but once in the room was really clean roomy and comfortable
