Pros:

Funcionários muito educados, quarto e acomodações limpas.

Cons:

Custo benefício ruim, hotel não tem elevador e não há colaboradores para ajudar com as malas, tv não é smart, uma água mineral de 350ml: R$10,00 (mais caro que aeroporto). Enfim, existem hoteis na região (Americana, Campinas) com muito melhor custo benefício.

Pros:

Me hospedei com amigos no hotel. Desde a reserva, quando precisei contactar o hotel por mensagem, o contato sempre foi muito breve e esclarecedor. Uma colega acabou chegando antes do horário do check-in e por ter o quarto já pronto, liberaram sua entrada antecipada gentilmente. As funcionárias da recepção foram super gentis, mas em especial a do período noturno, pois meu grupo e outros hóspedes precisávamos ir a uma formatura na cidade em uma noite que chovia muito. A recepcionista foi muito gentil em dar opções para como pegar o carro de aplicativo e forneceu guarda-chuva para nós.
