Equipe atenciosa, cortes, prestativos.

Cons:

Limpeza do mobiliario, placas ao redor da cama (cabeceiras e laterais) precisam de linpeza pois no reflexo da luz (à noite) foi possível ver que estava com liquidos, manchas, respingos, etc que precisam de limpeza especial.
A limpeza precisa estar mais caprichada com esponjas, panos e pano secos para evitar manchas de panos molhados também

Pros:

O manobrista foi bastante solicito. O quarto, café da manha, tudo bastante gostoso.

Cons:

O hotel nao teve culpa nenhuma, mas houve uma inconveniência que acabou luz no hotel.

Pros:

Design do mobiliário das áreas comuns. Ótima curadoria!

Cons:

A janela do quarto era grande e pouco segura, pois o trinco estava quebrado, permitindo acesso ao telhado e a circulação até as janelas dos outros quartos do primeiro andar. Havia muitas rampas enormes bastante íngremes para subir com malas até chegar à porta do elevador. O café da manhã era muito básico.

Myself and my parents had a great time
Pros:

The hotel is very well located. The food in the restaurant is delicious, staff really friendly, very clean at all times, spacious, well kept, comfortable. Nearby cool places, parks and restaurants. Lovely place to stay, I really recommend it!
