Ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück, grundsätzlich schönes Hotel das einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Segovia ermöglicht.
Wenige kleine Punkte die das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betreffen. Z.B. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine aber dazu billige Kaffeekapseln mit ungenießbaren Kaffee oder Dusche in der Badewanne, etc.

Gorgeous concerted convent - really well appointed rooms including really useful items like a steamer . 3 minutes from the Plaza Mayor so excellent location. Staff were excellent and very helpful . Car park beneath the hotel was easy to get to especially if you drive there first due to the road works .
Restaurant wasn’t open
Le calme impérial. La beauté du bâtiment. La proximité de tout le centre historique. Un petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Une literie parfaite.

Me gustó tener a disposición a cualquier hora una jarra con agua fresca en la entrada.
Mi habitación estaba en un edificio anexo y era complicado aclararse para ir y venir a cualquier parte.Había defectos de mantenimiento,goteras y algún desconchado impropios de un 5 estrellas.Los jardines no lo son,están desatendidos o a falta de ser sembrados.O son de hierba artificial
No me gustó el horario de la cafetería,que abre tan tarde que no puedes desayunar en ella,y no hay ninguna opción cerca del hotel.

No restaurant, bar/lobby area charmless, ambiance overall moderately pleasant.
Beautifully restored building in good location,good views from the room.Parking was good.Helpful staff.Tasteful decor.Didn't have breakfast as it was 30 euros per person.We had breakfast in town for less thaan 10 euros for two people.
The bathroom wasn't very luxurious for the price.I think it was quite expensive for what it was.
Staff and cleanliness
Ask for room with view /windows. We were firstly given room 201 which was large junior suite but had only one small window with no view so asked to be moved .
