Calm and quiet
Pros:

The location was amazing, right in the Center of Segovia. The breakfast was very good with an extremely wide variety of food options including à la carte egg options.
Overall quiet and calm and very intimate option with breathtaking views.

Cons:

Ordered room service and there was a very salty soup that I wasn’t even able to finish. The rest of the food was really good.
In the last day they were also doing gardening with extremely loud machines at 10 am right next to the breakfast room.

Cons:

Receptionist were not nice, they don’t even look at you, not good morning, not good afternoon, they were dressed in uniform, I think green or blue color, never said welcome or what can we do for you. Very bad customer service training. Dear Manager please ask them to be nicer and willing to go the extra mile.
