Pros:

This is a beautifully converted very impressive historical building in a peaceful part of Segovia with wonderful views across the hills. The design is simple and very stylish. Very helpful staff, very comfortable room with a choice of type of pillows which I really appreciated. There was even a little dual language paperback in our room which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was very fresh and varied.

Cons:

Just a small thing - I would have liked plain black tea in the room and at breakfast. Earl grey is nice but not normally a breakfast tea.

Unique stay, amazing bed
Pros:

Big minimalistic room, large windows with a view and a huge bed! The hotel is pretty unique , definitely worth staying there if you visit the town.

Pros:

Très beau bâtiment, bien placé et chambre très confortable, plateau avec thé café etc de qualité. Totalement silencieux. Parking sous l’hôtel tres pratique

Location is the best in the city, very clean, nice, friendly staff

Cons:

They have no air conditioning in rooms but they brought us a fan, I found it strange for a five stars hotel, even the weather outside was cool at the evening but during the day was warm and can’t open the windows due to mosquitoes and bees. It could be good to have the A/C working.
