Fell in love with Segovia and this wonderful hotel!
Pros:

We had the most beautiful room with terrace and views towards the hills. The breakfast was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer. Segovia is stunning.

Pros:

Todo, las vistas, la habitación muy bonita aunque necesite de algun que otro cuidado, buena ubicación, buen aire acondicionado, habitacion super completa.

Cons:

Queria usar el circuito spa pero me pareció un poco caro… ya pague menos en grandes hoteles también cinco estrellas

Great stay in beautiful room
Pros:

+Beautiful hotel with very spacious and pretty room, with nice views
+ Very calm and pleasant
+ Breakfast was really good with a lot of options
+ Hotel restaurant also has nice options

Buen trato al cliente y desayuno espectacular. Muy buena la ubicación por lo tranquilo a la vez que a escasos minutos caminando del centro

Good value heritage stay on edge of UNESCO citadel.
Pros:

Location offered both peace and proximity to main attractions and dining options. Felt huddled away from the day trippers around the main streets. Beautiful views from my room across the valley.
Staff very welcoming.
Of course the property is gorgeous.

Cons:

The bar area felt poorly-utilised. Very limited drinks options and staff hard to find.
Spa not open during my stay.

Fantastic hotel lovely views.
Pros:

Wow! Beautiful hotel and professional staff, you feel like you have arrived from the moment you step through the door. We paid for the Spa which seemed expensive at around fifty euro but ended up having it all to ourselves for 2 hours. The room was huge with great aircon and the views where stunning.

Cons:

Couple of things in the spa area that need addressing. The Sauna was only just warm and the actual heater which was on was literally as you walked in which is a disaster waiting to happen with bare flesh. The Sauna was very pleasant until I moved down onto the lower seat and found scalding hot steam coming from the vent pipe in-line with me calf. I have never seen this before as usually it enters through the ceiling so to be well away from people.

Estilo e elegância!
Pros:

A suíte Júnior é grande e confortável. O hotel muito estiloso, elegante e bem decorado. A cidade é um charme a parte e fácil de acessar a pé.

Cons:

Conta com estacionamento com acesso ao hotel, mas deve-se atentar as instruções para acessá-lo já que é por outra rua e não muito intuitivo.
