Niet geweldig, maar OK
Pros:

Het fijnste van dit hotel was de ligging en de parkeergarage: beetje sluip door kruip door maar met hulp van andere gasten lukte het de receptie te vinden.

Cons:

Wij kregen als ‘upgrade’ een 3-persoonskamer, die ruimer was dan de geboekte superior kamer. Maar het had uitzicht op een blinde muur en een binnentuin. Superior kamers hadden mooi balkon met uitzicht op het dal. Vanwege 2 nachtjes niet gereclameerd maar het voelde als een ‘downgrade’. Wij vonden het geen 5 sterren hotel.

El servicio, el desayuno y el masaje

Cons:

Encontre una mancha en las sábanas que evidentemente no era mia.
Las camas son dos camas juntas que no es del todo comodo, y teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 5 estrellas.
En la zona del spa, en la psicina habia varias partes del suelo rotasno incompletas.
Teniendo en cuenta todo lo anterior, creo que un hotel de 5 estrellas no se corresponde.

Gdyby nie parę "ale", to mogło by być "10" w ocenie.
Pros:

Barrdzo ciekawy hotel w historycznym miejscu, fajnie przystosowanym do potrzeb turystycznych.
Pokoje duże i bardzo czyste. Wygodne i duże łóźko małżeńskie.
Hotel położony w połowie drogi między Alcazarem i akweduktem, relatywnie blisko katedry - wszystko w odległości max. 10-12 minut spacerem

To bardziej podpowiedź dla przyszłych gości...
Hotel nie ma własnej restauracji, co jest dość dużym utrudnieniem, bo bar/bufet ma bardzo ograniczone menu i zdecydowanie nie spełnia to wymogów dla 5* hotelu.
Śniadania jak na 5* obiekt są dość ubogie i mocno odstają od standardów dużych sieciowych hoteli, ale też od dobrych butikowych 5* obiektów. Warto skorzystać z menu, które jest ułożone w postaci małej kartki na stole przy śniadaniu - można zamówić dodatkowe dania np. omlety. Niestety hotel do śniadania nie oferuje... masła, a tylko margarynę (pytaliśmy o to obsługę i otrzymaliśmy info że tak po prostu jest skonstruowana oferta śniadaniowa).
No i trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że w marcu hotel ma wyłączoną klimatyzację - w naszym pokoju był co prawda grzejnik w łazience ale w chłodne dni (podczas naszego pobytu było około 10C) w pokoju było za zimno.

Rummet var fantastiskt fint!

Cons:

Frukostsalen är tråkigt inredd. Vädret var fint så jag hade uppskattat om borden utomhus hade varit uppdukade.
Kaffemaskin är alltid tråkigt jämfört med när kaffe/te serveras i kanna.
Det saknas engelskt frukost te.
