Pros:

The room size was perfect, the view spectacular, the room spotless, all your amenities replaced daily if needed, the staff very helpful and not over doing I recommend this hotel 100%.

¡Nos ha encantado! Las habitaciones son acogedoras y bonitas, y el edificio histórico le da un toque único. El desayuno es espectacular: muy rico y con buena variedad. La ubicación es ideal, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. Además, el parking cubierto es una gran ventaja.

Le personnel au petit soin et très très agréable. La literie est bonne.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre et le spa ne sont pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles.
Pareil pour le petit déjeuner qui est bon mais pas dans les attentes d'un 5 étoiles.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance to the historic center of the city. The hotel is beautiful having kept the structure of the convent. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

They decided to paint in the area where our room was, and the smell was very strong and uncomfortable. That is the only critic I have.

Para ser un cinco estrellas, la habitacion y el baño deberían haber estado en perfecto estado: bien pintada y sin rozaduras, el papel pintado despegado en algunos sitios y las cortinas sin enganchadas.

Very nice stay, it’s a bit expensive but I would come back again

The staff were very helpful, the place was very well kept, clean and peaceful, and in a good location to get to the main square and the IE campus

Cons:

The facilities could be better, for a 5 star hotel there should be a bigger and better gym

Precioso hotel. Inmueble muy bien rehabilitado. Moderno y cómodo, sin perder su esencia histórica original. Excelente ubicación (un par de minutos o tres caminando a la Catedral). Personal muy amable. Nos alojaron en una habitación con terraza/jardín. Las vistas desde el jardín, simplemente espectaculares. Nos gustó tanto el hotel, que repetiremos cuando volvamos a Segovia. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera sin lugar a dudas.
