Clean and friendly

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms all made for a wonderful stay. The breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious. It was an excellent experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check-in early was most surprising and pleasant. Everything was detailed for us thoroughly by Rabia. She was an amazing ally. Together with, Aykut, with Guest Relations for our stay, every need was handled efficiently and professionally. Aykut secured our ride to the airport and basically held our hand to ensure there were no questions. Dining on the property was also a joy for both dinner and breakfast. Also don't miss drinks on the roof terrace. Our room was oppulant and grand! We splurged and this was perfect. All staff were professional and courteous throughout!

I’m a regular at 10 Karaköy. Great place to stay.

Hotel is nice designed but rooms are pretty small. Also sound deadening does not exist in this hotel rooms. Had to listen some kind of door bell of the next room all night long. Would I come back, maybe but there are better choices.

Everything great except for temperature control, too warm especially with only heavy comforters on bed

I was very pleased with everything. This isn’t my first stay. Ms. Rabia at the reception desk was a very friendly and professional lady and took very good care of me.

Super clean. Very quiet. Super friendly staff. Location is amazing… close to most tourist areas. Breakfast was good. Terrace/rooftop was okay, but not important at all. Highly recommend.

The area is perfect. It’s a short distance to Galataport. Only thing I didn’t like was the rollaways beds.it was very poor quality and uncomfortable.

The service is sub par. The staff don’t seem to care when making requests. I had to request for an iron 4 times. They forgot to put water in the room everyday and I had to keep asking for it to be sent to the room

Good neighborhood, 2 mins walk to metro, safe bcz close to National bank lots of police is there. Close to restaurants and shopping. Roof top bar with nice view.

Nice hotel great location and staff

Will scam more money out of you at the end. Prices for the mini bar are at one price in the room and then when you go to checkout they are magically the out of date prices. Instead of taking the mistake on their side they insist you pay the inflated price

This was a great location for tourists in town for a short stay. Right on T1 tram line which was very easy to use to get to old town where Blue Mosque and other major attractions are located. Just a short walk in 2 directions to get to waterfront where ferries and tour boats are based. Wish we’d had more time to explore. Also a short walk to some very good restaurant streets and neighborhoods as well as less expensive locals places. Recommend walking 2-3 block perimeter in all directions not to miss anything as it’s not immediately obvious from front door what you are close to. Do expect night time street noise as you’re in the heart of it all. Would return. Also google airport shuttles in advance - there is one about a mile away that provides cheaper than taxi pickup both directions and easier than public transport.
