La personne chargée du petit-déjeuner, qui semblait également s’occuper de la réception, a malheureusement eu un comportement tout à fait inacceptable. Elle portait constamment des écouteurs et semblait discuter avec quelqu’un. Chaque fois qu’un client lui posait une question ou lui demandait quelque chose, elle levait les yeux au ciel et affichait clairement son agacement.

Lorsque je l’ai informée qu’un peu de lait s’était accidentellement renversé dans le micro-ondes, elle m’a sèchement ordonné de le nettoyer moi-même, au lieu de simplement m’aider afin que l’appareil soit propre pour les clients suivants. Son ton était tellement désagréable que d’autres personnes présentes dans la salle sont intervenues pour lui demander de ne pas être aussi insolente et lui ont fait remarquer que son comportement était inadmissible.

Même lorsqu’il n’y avait plus de yaourts et qu’on le lui signalait, elle se montrait agacée et prenait beaucoup de temps avant d’en apporter. Nous n’osions pratiquement plus rien lui demander. Une telle attitude envers les clients est totalement incompatible avec le niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel. Cette personne ne devrait clairement pas occuper un poste en contact avec la clientèle.

There was a faint smell of smoke in my room, which disappeared after a day. I think someone who had the room before me smoked in the room, but luckily they cleaned it well. The parking and views weren't the best, but that was only a minor issue.

The rooms state efficiencies with a small kitchenette. There were full size fridge and freezer which was great and a cook top, however there are no pans or cooking utensils. I asked at the front desk and the solution was that I go to Walmart down the road and purchase some. Half the outlets in the room did not work to include the coffee maker (which we did not use) was never plugged in nor could it have been where it was stationed. The room also has a full plant growing from outside in under the sink where the plumbing came from the outside. The facility is listed as a non smoking facility but clearly our neighbors were smoking in and outside of their room as our room continued to small like smoke.
All in all we would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone with families or children.

Het was allemaal wat verouderd. Het plafond in de badkamer kwam feels naar beneden. Er waren niet front stolen en tafels bij het ontbijt. En het ontbijt is erg basic. Ok voor alleen een overnachting, maar zou er niet langer blijven.

The breakfast lady was mean to the guests. She told a man that he needed to “consider the other guests” when he was trying to get some breakfast. He wasn’t provoking her or doing anything out of line, he hadn’t even had one plate of food. She was very rude to him and the other guests in the breakfast area left. There were signs posted in the breakfast area that warned of running out of food if guests didn’t consider the other guests. Just plain rude.

This is an extended-stay hotel where you don't get normal services. They did not clean our room or make our bed during our two-night stay. They gave us a handicap-accessible room, which meant a large bathroom, but we could not park in front of our room. Comfortable bed, but we had trouble sleeping because of the loud AC. They kept running out of food in the small breakfast room, with signs posted telling guests to limit what they took because they did not have enough of several items. No ice machine; if you wanted ice, you needed to go to the Quality Inn next door. The wall-mounted shower supplies are difficult to use.

I dislike how they "cover" the duvet with a bottom sheet and top blanket wrapped around it. I never know if those duvets ever get cleaned.

Main door had 1/2 inch off ground, no door padding. So little spiders could come through, bathroom was great, just needs update on bath wall surface, ventilation. Thier was a window but creepy back area.

It is an older hotel purchased by Quality Inn (which is right next door) refurbished as an extended stay hotel. It has relatively new floors, paint, etc., like a cheap "house flip." The beds have flat metal spring bed base which squeaked every time I moved. The whole place has a low quality feel, but it was clean and serviceable. Overall, I got what I paid for. Also, at night you have to use a kiosk to check in via video with an agent (see photo)
