Pros:

Otima localização, local calmo, sereno com uma vista sobre o rio agradavel, pequeno almoco variado!!

Cons:

Apesar do problema da falta de agua quente, da pressao de agua quente que era inexistente, do problema do comando da televisao que so funcionava junto a tv, dou nota positiva porque foi resolvido depois de exposta a situação!!

Cons:

Funcionários pouco simpáticos.
No quarto a casa de banho precisa de manutenção profunda, principalmente a banheira, que é um perigo. Preço alto para a qualidade do serviço. O pequeno almoço tendo em conta o valor não foi nada de especial.

Cons:

O quarto 207 não tem cortinas/reposteiros. Para ter privacidade durante o dia, tínhamos a janela fechada e as luzes acesas.
Piscina impossível de usar, pois estava muito suja com lodo no fundo.
No restaurante, o cabrito já tínha sido confecionado há muito dias, estava muito seco.

Perfect for a base to work or visit from, but it was not a holiday atmosphere.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our purposes. The facilities were good, the property was clean. Check in and check out was prompt and a pleasant experience. The lady from reception, I think her name is Marta, was excellent in her attendance and she handled several tasks with diligence she has an extremely pleasant and professional attitude, nothing was a problem for her. She is a great ambassador for the hotel.

Cons:

We only had dinner in the restaurant the first evening we were there out of the three nights we stayed. Our group of five were the only guests in the restaurant and for some reason the service was extremely slow. We arrived for dinner at 19:30 pm and we left the restaurant only at 22:00 pm not having had dessert as it had just got too late and we have an early start the next day. The meal was excellent, but the quality was only spoilt be the painfully slow service which might have been due to reduced staff numbers as the hotel was very quiet.
