Booked and paid for a room, then forced to leave!!

I booked and paid for an additional night in a twin room, but at 11am sharp, staff rudely banged on my door and demanded that I move to a double room. They repeatedly pressured me throughout the morning to move, despite the fact that I had already booked and paid for the twin room I was staying in.

When I said that if I had to pack up and move, I might as well leave, they then cancelled my entire booking! I was then not given the option to move rooms without paying AGAIN, and told that my original payment refund would take 7–14 days.

This completely ruined my friend’s and my last day in Uluwatu. We barely had time to pack properly because staff repeatedly came to the room demanding that I leave the room I had booked and paid for.

On top of this, the hotel is EXTREMELY noisy as it is located directly on the main road.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this hotel. I hope my refund is processed promptly; otherwise, I will be contacting my credit card company.
