Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so spacious and we were able to use the tv for Netflix. The pool was great and the surrounding garden was so serene. Also great location with a supermarket right next door, an atm and lots of nice restaurants and cafes. Also not far on a grab to the beach. Value for money was incredible.

absolutely great for the value! the room was so spacious and everything was comfy and just great the staff was so kind and helped me immediately with anything at all. the location is stellar, it’s like 15-20 minutes to every beach you could want to go to within Uluwatu, I would def book here again if I ever came back.

L’emplacement est central dans Pecatu et Uluwatu, le tarif est très compétitif pour le secteur géographique, la proximité des commerces est imbattable !

Cons:

Ni les draps/serviettes ni la chambre ne sont propres, le bruit de la route et des scooters vous empêcheront de dormir même avec des bouchons anti-bruits, le personnel n’est pas avenant (sauf Félix qui est top !).

J’ai l’habitude de voyager en Asie et cela fait maintenant plus de 10 ans que je viens régulièrement à Bali. Je laisse très rarement des avis négatifs, mais cette fois je préfère partager mon expérience pour éviter à d’autres voyageurs d’être déçus.

Nous sommes venus avec un groupe de 15 personnes et, malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante.

Le premier gros problème est le bruit. Oui, Bali peut être animé, mais ici c’était un autre niveau. Les motos et les camions donnent réellement l’impression de passer dans la chambre. Il est très difficile de dormir correctement.

Le deuxième point concerne la propreté et l’entretien de l’hôtel. Pendant nos 15 jours sur place, le personnel était quasiment inexistant. Nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises que les chambres soient faites, et parfois même réclamer un changement de draps car ils étaient sales. L’entretien général laisse vraiment à désirer : les rideaux sont dans un mauvais état, les salles de bain sont vieillissantes et les pommeaux de douche délivrent à peine un filet d’eau.

C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement pourrait avoir du potentiel avec un meilleur entretien et un service plus présent. Malheureusement, au vu de notre expérience, je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel.

Bon séjour à Uluwatu
Pros:

L’accueil s’est bien passé, la location de scooter s’est faite très rapidement et pas cher, ainsi que le service de laundry au top. Les chambres sont très spacieuses.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue nous a malheureusement dérangé lors de notre première nuit. La baie vitrée se fermant mal, et la chambre étant très proche de la route (très passante). Heureusement nous avons pu changer de chambre le lendemain pour être un peu plus au calme donc merci au personnel pour sa réactivité!
