Pros:

Ligger i en liten landsby noen kilometer unna Goreme. Stille plass. Ballongene fløy rett over hotellet under mitt opphold. Rommet var godt lydisolert i fjellet. God plass. God frokost.

6 yaşındaki oğlumun hevesiyle jakuzili oda tuttuk. jakuzi havuz gibiydi çok beğendim. odanın genişliği, konforu ve ısınması gayet yeterliydi. en önemlisi sabah balon manzarası eşsizdi. 5. defa kapadokya'ya gittim ama en güzeli ve unutulmazı kesinlikle buydu. balonun biri dibimizden geçti! bundan sonraki gelişlerimizde tercihimiz belli artık. özellikle Mert ve Serkan beylere çok teşekkür ederim.

I liked the view or the hot air balloon in the morning.
There are several things that I disappointed me:
1. Location: small town far away from the touristic area. You must have a car to move around.
2. The hotel was very basic. There wasn’t any amenities or services.
3. The room had an awful smell. It smelt like sewage and it was so strong we had to sleep with the door open to let in some fresh air.
4. The towels were old and had holes.
5. The breakfast was very basic and the lady serving was incredibly rude to me and my family.

Overall would not recommend for foreigners as the staff doesn’t know english and refuses to help to make our experience satisfying.

Pros:

The only think I like about this property was the view, everything else wasn’t good especially the room it has a mold smell we couldn’t sleep all night the bed cover felt wet from the mold so we had to switch rooms and that also limited.
It’s hard to park, and the breakfast was included it wasn’t really good.

Otel konum itibariyle balonların havalandığı yerin karşısında olduğundan mükemmeldi sabah erken saatte uyanıp dışarı çıkarsanız o mükemmel manzarayı izleyebilirsiniz. Personel çok ilgiliydi otel girişinden itibaren her soruya yanıt bulmaya çalıştılar ve yardımcı oldular. Mutfakta çalışan abla çok iyiydi. Teşekkürler

AMAZING views of the morning balloons from the terraces! Room was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful with organising tours, transport as well as recommendations for food! Will definitely stay again when I visit

良いところは、朝の気球が観れます。
ご飯は十分美味しいです。
周辺のお店が少ない。
観光地周辺なら近いし、時間の無駄は無いかと思う。
部屋は洞窟内なので、明るさは少し暗いですが、ベッド、シャワー、ジャグジーはとても綺麗。

I absolutely loved the stay at Phocas. Even if they don’t speak English well they manage to help you out in very possible way. The staff is so caring and welcoming to all tourists. I would must must must recommend to stay here due to its prime location and the property itself and the staff and service is just gold served in a plate

Otelin bulunduğu konum gezilecek yerlere ve merkeze yakın ancak çok dik bir yokuş var ve park yeri sorunu olabiliyor.Oda genel anlamda temizdi ve beklentileri karşılıyordu.Serkan bey bize gezilecek yerler konusunda çok güzel tavsiyelerde bulundu.Açıkçası kahvaltı pek yeterli değildi tereyağ bile yoktu çeşit azdı.

Pros:

Fantastic property with a great view of balloons in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The walk up to the hotel from the main road is a little steep, but worth it. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, however the staff work with neighbouring properties to coordinate getting in and out quickly and easily. Several great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a short walk to Çavusin Castle or nearby valleys with fairy chimneys.

Aslinda cok güzel gibi görünen ama konakladikdan sonra farkina vardigim bir kac noktaya deyinmek istiyorum.
Öncelikle otel terkedilmis ama yinede sevilen bi otel hissi aldim. Asiri bakimsiz kahvaltisi cok basit siradan kahvaltiydi yani bi wow diyecegim birsey bulamadim. Alt kat‘da oturma yerleri var ama minder koyulmamis, koltuklar ortada birakilmis. Verdigimiz ücret icin daha fazla bekletimiz vardi.

La chambre troglodyte est très jolie originale et fidèle aux photos mais c est très très humide et le plafond en roche s effrite ce qui tombe au sol et dans les draps. Le ménage est fait tout les 2 jours sauf si vous demandez tout les jours. Le jacuzzi sur les photos n est plus fonctionnel depuis 2018.
