The Singular es mi Hotel favorito, desde que estuve en Patagonia. SIngular Santiago se tranformo en mi lugar favorito para ir a cenar con mi familia desde que llegue a Santiago 2019 , siempre una atencion amable de todos ! sin lugar a dudas mi lugar favorito! Cuando vuelva a Chile sin dudas ire nuevamente !

Primeiro pergunte se o hotel está em obras pq acabei de chegar de lá e fui acordada COM UM BARULHO TERRÍVEL, liguei para a recepção, eles “sra, a reforma é no 9º andar, vc está ouvindo do 7º?!” …. Eu “além de ter passado mal a noite toda, tenho que justificar o barulho que me incomoda?! Esse quarto SUPERIOR era para estar bloqueado”…. Eles “já pedi para eles parem mas podem voltar a trabalhar meio dia?!” …. Fiquei desacreditada do que ouvi, não tiveram sensibilidade nenhuma nem pararam de trabalhar, diminuíram o trabalho…. Liguei novamente … eles “a sra continua a ouvir?! Mas eles têm que voltar Às 11hrs ok?!” …. Sério! Eu não sabia o que falar, falei da falta de respeito e desliguei a ligação. Um hotel 5 estrelas onde o hóspede não tem prioridade…..

The location
Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Santiago. Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The room was fantastic and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was spectacular at the rooftop restaurant and at breakfast. The service was exceptionally all around and it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay at Singular Santiago again without a second thought. Well done!!
