Everything and everyone were fabulous
Nothing it was all great.
The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, generous. We had a very late flight out of Santiago and they invited us to rest downstairs in their living room/library area and to use their spa facilities for sauna, shower, etc after we checked out. It was fabulous!

We travel a lot and have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but our experience at The Singular Santiago genuinely stood out.
The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what made our stay so special was the extraordinary warmth and kindness of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The front desk team was exceptional, and the concierge service was among the best we have experienced anywhere. Every question, request, and little detail was handled with incredible professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness.
What impressed us most was that this level of service wasn't limited to one or two people — it seemed to be part of the culture of the entire hotel. Everyone we encountered was warm, gracious, attentive, and sincerely interested in making our time in Santiago as enjoyable as possible.
When you travel frequently, you quickly realize that beautiful hotels can be found in many places. What is much harder to find is a team of people who make you feel truly welcome and who consistently go beyond what you expect. The staff at The Singular did exactly that.
They were honestly better than we could have imagined, and they turned a great stay in Santiago into a memorable one. We left with tremendous appreciation for everyone who took care of us and would return without hesitation.

It is a beautiful hotel and very central location! Very convenient and close to many tourist attractions. Love the rooftop bar, sunset is amazing! Also, the spa was very convenient and relaxing.

The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore Santiago on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we had during our South America trip. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast is served à la carte, which was a different concept from what we are used to, but the food quality and taste were very good.

Nothing significant. The à la carte breakfast may be different for guests who prefer a traditional buffet, but we enjoyed the quality of the food.

In my lifetime, I've stayed in over 70 hotels and Airbnbs, ranging from 2-star to 5-star properties, and I have to say the Singular Hotel Lastarria is easily top 3 on my list.
From the moment my family and I stepped out of our cab in front of the hotel, we were treated exceptionally well by the team. Jorge met us out front right away to help with our bags and offered us sweets, which were an instant hit with the kids.
Martin was consistently ready to help with every request we had — from utensils to a crib to getting change for money — and he also offered great recommendations on things to do. When the ticketing site for the Mirador Interactive Museum wasn't working properly, he helped us buy tickets directly.
Breakfast, which was included, was incredible. It's served à la carte, and the team is happy to customize orders to your liking. Constanza was our server each morning, and her promptness and service were fantastic — she was wonderful with our kids as well.
On departure day, Patricio helped with our bags, and when road closures caused some issues coordinating with Uber/cabs, he took it upon himself to help me communicate with the driver who ultimately picked us up for the airport. I'll also note that Patricio and Martin were both ready to help carry all five of our suitcases (!!) to a more accessible street when needed.
We stayed in a Singular King with a Balcony, and the room was fantastic — plenty of space, and the bathroom (including the tub) was incredible. Housekeeping tidied our room the moment we left for breakfast each day, which was genuinely impressive, and turndown service was just as prompt and timely.
I wouldn't think twice about staying here again, and I'd recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again to the entire team — Jorge, Martin, Patricio, Costanza, Rocío, and Cristóbal — you welcomed us like family, and my wife and I are so grateful.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff at this hotel are amazing - literally every single one we encountered greeted us with a smile and friendly, professional service. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care and kindness we were shown when we got sick halfway through our trip is something we'll always remember. The hotel itself is lovely, and in one of the best parts of Santiago to stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. My wife visited the spa on our second day and loved it, and the restaurant and rooftop bar were wonderful. I only wish we'd had longer, but we'll be back.
