A very nice hotel great staff at reception front desk concierge and housekeeping all get a 10/10
Breakfast was chaotic so slowness the same person serving like 5 or 6 its a la carte and a mess we ate outside.
Also sadly the location although near a beautiful park its not a safe area and very run down on the streets surrounding.
I honestly wished we hadn't stayed there as I love Santiago and shoukd stay in other areas as before.

The location was excellent. Central to everything you want to visit and see, yet safe enough to walk around at night and day. This was our second time here since it is so perfect.

A fabulous location, all hotel staff were very professional and helpful. I had a very short stay but in that time felt very well looked after.
This was a wonderful one-night stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I want to particularly call out David, the bell man, he is a gem. A woman at the front desk, sadly I forget her name, was very helpful in giving us a walking plan with restaurant stops. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Our room (405) was enormous and the bathroom had every amenity (although the door to the toilet area should be frosted glass, not clear). The rooftop restaurant food was delicious, as was breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. One reason we selected this hotel was because we could shower in the spa after checking out of our room because we had an evening flight back to the US. After a hot day of sight-seeing, we really wanted to cool down and clean up. The location is perfect - so close to a lively area with restaurants and walking distance to museums and other sights.
Stayed 2 nights at end of tour. Having stayed a couple of years ago for a precruise stay, the facility hasn’t changed much. As the facility is frequently used by tour groups, rooms really need a refresh. The brown color palette didn’t help, and with carpet stains, and tour wear and tear, work is needed rather than relying on boutique hotel charm halo.
As with prior time, the restaurant for breakfast is extremely small and usually overcrowded. Fortunately the tour had setup a separate room for light continental; and despite not having a full breakfast, much preferable than the cramped main area.
Rooftop restaurant and hotel staff are all excellent. WiFi acceptable but as usual excuse for boutique hotels go, plugs are limited and inconveniently placed. There’s a slide out desktop exposing a plug panel, but it didn’t work in our room so had to resort to those in bathroom. Handheld shower was loose and didn’t stay in holder.
The location is excellent and it easy to walk to many of the places of interest within the city from here or even catch the Red Bus from the University which is a short walk away. The area the hotel is situated in is in the older part of the city with the more modern part now moving East to Sanchatten but it has interesting restaurant's / bars / museums. It is like all cities though plagued by the normal pick pockets etc but you can find this in most tourist hot spots around the world, so just be careful with what you carry on the streets and be aware of your surrounding's.
The staff are exceptional, and are very used to people coming off long haul flights to Santiago from Europe and Australasia / US, and seem very adept at dealing with these tired travelers. We arrived on Boxing Day having flown from the UK overnight and were greeted at reception and helped to settle in, and they also kindly photocopied our passports and the Hotel visa chit that you need when booking in to any hotel in the country just in case we lost them which was thoughtful and probably comes from years of experience with tired travelers.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with the normal things you would expect from a hotel of this standing. Food at Breakfast and in the evening when we dined in was of a high order, and we enjoyed the roof top bar and restaurant which has great views of the surrounding area.
The pool area is great for the post day exploring sundowner, but bare in mind it really is a plunge pool, you will not be doing the 100m in it.
What makes the place as in many of the places we found in Chile ( as this was our first stop) is the staff who were exceptionally good and attentive from concierge through to waiting / Bar and indeed cleaning staff.
We really enjoyed our stay and would use again when returning to Chile, as we will be doing as we enjoyed the country and people that much .

Ubicado en un barrio entretenido del centro de Santiago, en el que igual hay que tomar ciertos resguardos en temas de seguridad, especialmente de noche.
Como sugerencia, ya que no tiene estacionamiento propio, debiera tener Convenio con estacionamiento cercano.
Algo de ruido de las piezas de arriba o cercanas.
