WE END UP DRIVING BACK HOME BECAUSE WE DIDN'T FILL COMFORTABLE TO SLEEP THERE.
Pros:

this was a horrible experience!
the jacuzzi was cold! we were skiing all day and we were looking for a hot tub but after we waited 10 minutes in line to get in the hot tub just to realize that the wter was cold.

Cons:

we had to drive home and we decided to drive late home because the room was horrible>dirty and all the mattresses were damaged!
we would like a refund.
the pictures online are misleading.

The arcade man that closes at night gives off terrible energy of “I don’t want to help you and I hate my job” all he doe

House cleaner, check in person were nice

Cons:

Check in was not in building one, the arcade worker who was working nights incredibly rude and when asked a question about fluffing a machine cause we spent over $160 on points he was saying that they would lose out on it and when turning in points between the time of 10:30-10:50pm he said that he’s not doing any more ticket claim prizes cause they’re closing up, some half of the water park facilities was closed off Monday-thursdays. Theme park was only 12pm-4pm. A lot of the area is closed when it was still kinda flowing busy

I will not be returning to Mt. Olympus for a while.
Pros:

The air conditioner/heat was good.

Cons:

From the beginning, I did not feel safe in my room. The door pushes open even though it is "locked." The bedsheets were dirty. When taking a shower, I was standing in an inch or two of water. The toilet doesn't flush; you have to hold the handle down and even then, it really didn't flush. The wifi did not work and I was unable to do some work things while I was there, like I had planned. The door unlocked with my key, but the door actually wouldn't push open; it took several tries. I was unaware that I would not be staying at the actual water park, rather the furthest building from it. The building itself smelled of marijuana, even though it was supposed to be smoke free.

I appreciate the low price, but I hope you're treating your employees well.
Pros:

The value was the draw. Two days of access to the water park and indoor theme park, and a room that comfortably fit a family of 5, for a good price.

Cons:

There were not many staff, and they all seemed pretty grumpy. It was not easy to find or get to the indoor theme park.

My back hurts and the bed was horrible. Prison beds would be more comfortable

Fun but very unhappy with the overcharge and staff including manager didnt care

Kids had fun at the waterpark and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and 5 children

Cons:

Over charged for wristbands for the water park. We had a party of 10 people and only were given 4 wristbands for our room. We had to buy 5 additional wristbands for $29/piece including tax since 1 child was 1 yrs old. Spoke with manager and they did not seem to care. We booked the biggest room with 3 queen beds and 3 bunk beds and they only expected us to have 4 people? Theme park had only 4 rides and for the pre teen kids, they were quite bored. Everything else like the rock wall, bowling etc had to be paid for separately.

El cuarto estaba sucio realmente no es lo que aparece en las fotos lo siento pero debo ser sincera también me gustaría que el personal fuera mas amable se que estan cansadas pero nosotros también esperamos llegar a un lugar y que por lo menos te saluden
