The beds were very comfortable

The lifeguards on duty weren't really doing much when it came to enjoying myself in the lazy River the floors under the beds were disgusting

Me atendieron bien y tuvieron en cuenta la petición de que llegaba tarde y me registre después de las 12 am, y eso fue bueno, porque mi amiga llegaba de california y su viaje se retraso, pero fueron comprensibles.

Pros:

Everything was easy to access and it was clean and not very packed. Water pressure in the showers are amazing but bring your own pillows because they are so uncomfortable

Cons:

Half the waterpark is only open Friday-Sunday

One of my 2 rooms that was a one level, set back from the main road was really enjoyable. And price was cheap.

Cons:

Just wasn't the best going when it was so cold out and snowy slushy outside.

Our room was not connected to the water park and wasn't informed of that till we got there. No shuttle avil as well

Pros:

Honestly did stay wasn't that good. I stayed here before and I loved it but this time absolutely no.

Cons:

The facility was dirty, alot of kids running around being disrespectful parents not paying attention. There was no change of room available even though it wasn't booking fully.
