I used to love staying here and coming as a kid and now as an adult I’m honestly sad and shocked in how much I feel them
Pros:

It’s nice that it comes with free water and theme park passes but honestly mt Olympus just isn’t worth it anymore with all the sister hotels and no maintenance kept up.

Cons:

Because there aren’t people at a counter or anything at the sister hotels we had a family above us that from 1am -6am they were banging on the ground sounding like they were wrestling, we called the front desk hoping security would have actually took action like we were told was going to happen but it just proceeded. As well as on to the next day we had slept there. Luckily by Sunday they were gone. We also had called for towels and toilet paper, they didn’t come. I actually was able to catch a worker walking around the property and had asked him for towels and toilet paper to be sent to the room. (He thankfully did so)

We were locked out for almost 45 mins to an hour waiting for someone to open our door due to booking errors

Pros:

Absolutely nothing was good about this resort

Cons:

The room was way small, beyond filthy, smelt like mildew, no hot water for showers, bugs in the room, bad location (had to drive to get to indoor water park), staff was rude & not helpful or friendly at all, and the beds were very hard & old. You could feel the springs through the mattress!

The pizza place outside of our place was amazing and the kids loved the water park

How far away the water park was from us. It wasn’t horrible just could have been closer.
