My room with bunk beds had plumbing problems. We had to change room because the toilet and tub wouldn't drain or flush.
Second room also had plumbing problems.
the bathrooms in the main lobby were really dirty and smelly
The room where we slept was clean. The shower was good. It was very convenient to have the room key on the Mt. Olympus wristband.
The hallway and outside the building were literally awful. In addition to the hallway that hadn't been vacuumed in maybe months ... it was just filthy. Garbage was lying around the whole 2 1/2 days we were there. Outside was the same way around the entry. Full toilet paper rolls (wet) were lying on the ground, wet towels ... and nothing changed the whole time we were there. Also, would like it if, when you made your reservation, you were told which building you were in.
The food was good
I waited un a long line 30 minutes to get my room key/wristband went to the room and the code wouldn't open the door because the staff didn't activate wristband. I had to go back to the main office and stand back in long line. Once settled in we were tikd everything was closed the kids were disappointed and had nothing to do. The rooms were not what I expected
Honestly, nothing.
We were not given the room we booked, the wifi did not work and the ac was not working when we arrived. The room was not clean. When I called to talk to guest service, there was no answer. So I wrote an email and then was told to call back. When I did I was informed that to get the room I booked online I needed to call ahead, when I mentioned the wifi I was informed the wifi is only meant for texting however none of our devices even connected. They did not seemed bothered by the ac not working, but put me on hold to see if they could move us to a different room. But either the call was disconnected or I was hung up on, no one called me back. The room was so dirty, the toilet paper holder had blood on it and the tub still had dirt in it. There was poop streaks in the toilet and the bedding was dirty. We will never stay at here again. I could understand being busy and all of the things being out of their control, but the crappy customer service just sealed the deal for us.

Excelente, la habitación estuvo genial, completa, amplia y limpia, el parque de agua divertido, mis hijas disfrutaron mucho, pasamos un fin de semana feliz y agradable, el personal muy amable, colaboradores de todas partes del mundo, una experiencia hermosa, nos encantó todo en el hotel, seguiremos pasando vacaciones allí.

The first room we were in was beyond dirty. Had food on the floors, dirt marks on the wall, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and the sheets were stained.
