Cons:

We didn't like the fact that they stick you in a hotel away from the main Park with no amenities and no staff. Their key system didn't work half the time and we watched lots of people struggle to get it to you open your room.

Pros:

Convenience of staying in hotel close to waterpark

Cons:

No coffee pot in room. Would be willing to buy more food items if reasonably priced. 31 for a 16in pizza is ridiculous also 6 for an ice cream cone. Alcohol beverage prices. Im on vacation and willing to spend money but make it $5 for a beer not $10. $40 for a vodka lemonade and twisted tea in a can. People will be more willing to purchase these items for $5-8.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Water park gave free towels

Cons:

Our room was not clean we clean it ourselves our bathtub was stopped up took two days for someone to fix so had to use 1 shower 10 people gave house keeper our toes for new one never received them so went n brought our own room was not we booked no closet or anything staff at Waterpark was rude

Stay was not enjoyable got very little sleep due to noise and will not be staying again nor will friends and family

Cons:

Quiet hrs were not enforced. Beds sagged tin the middle. No room darkening. Ants in the bathroom. Pillows were not soft. And when I spoke to the manager all I got was an apology, didn’t offer anything to make it better

You get what you pay for!
Pros:

Now that you ask not much I can recall

Cons:

First night no sleep because of the partying people
Switched rooms and was charged 40 dollars more.
Place was filthy
Bathroom light quit working randomly
Poor directions from staff
Water park was so cold my kids were shivering most of the time and the elevators worked like crap.
There was food all over the floors in the halls and a pizza slice in the main elevator for my entire stay.

Attractions were good hotel was not.
Pros:

The waterpark and theme park my family enjoyed.

Cons:

The noise on our second night there was bad. From 9pm - 2am seemed like a party was happening. We heard what sounded like security coming over but the noise continued. Also both morning woke up to the odor of marijuana smells in the hallway. We ended up leaving a day early due to these issues.

Pros:

Nothing It was a Satellite location No lights on at all outside No signs Hard to find Bulldozers in middle of parking lot No staff Very unsafe to walk around
