Pros:

We were unable to have luggage minded at Quest on Ward but the staff kindly made other arrangements for us at Quest on Elizabeth.

Check in day good check out a disaster.

The location

Cons:

The check was very good.
The morning of the check out was a disaster. At 10am nobody on reception also lift not working got trapped in the lift pressed the alarm button and all you get is a recorded message which is useless. Managed to escape from the lift eventually.would not recommend Quest on ward.

Pros:

Nice 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Hamilton CBD.
Lots of good places to eat and drink.
Close to FMG stadium and we won some money at the casino

Small shaky bed.

Ideal location. Clean, comfortable and wish we could have spent more time there. Once in!
Cons:

Trying to get into the place. Using an intercom and being told the door would open to let us in to get our key but it didn’t happen. We tried to contact using intercom again to say door wasn’t open but nobody answered. Was only a guest who came outside was the reason we were able to enter and get our swipe card and key.

Sans hésitation, j'y séjournerais à nouveau et avec plaisir.
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé et l'endroit est calme et agréable.
Le parking sécurisé juste derrière est un vrai plus et très pratique.
L'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné est propre et spacieux.

Located close to shops. Excellent security.

Cons:

Terrible bed, very hard and uncomfortable. Purchased a high loft mattress topper after 1st night as booked 3 nights stay. We were in a disability room and the long handle mixer tap in the shower was missing the grub screw so was floppy and very difficult to adjust.The lift still hasn't been repaired as reviews last year. I would not recommend this appt.
