Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Reserved private overnight parking. As it was a busy weekend. Parking was written on my booklet but no card provided. Either had to struggle to find parking on the street or ages away in a nother private carpark

It is an apartment alright, but don’t have high expectation on the ‘serviced’ part
Pros:

The property is conveniently located within walking distance from the Intercity bus station, and the Victoria Street where many good restaurants and cafes are located.

Cons:

The room is not clean. In fact; it was so dusty that it was a real challenge to people even with just mild allergy. There is also no on-site support. The front desk is virtually staff-less. One must call to the reception desk so there’s no immediate help.

Pros:

Unit was nice, spacious and comfortable

Cons:

We couldn't get in the door to the lock box another guest had to let us in as the property wasn't answering their phone
A phone call an hour before we were due to book in telling us parking would be $25 was a bit rough
