Fantastic place ! The crew was awsome , so nice and helpfull !! And the location little bit up with the Stunning view over the porto s sfefano from the pool , restaurang , roombalcony ! Well recomand!

Unbelievable short stay on our honeymoon for a quick night in Porto Santo Stefano... Booked on expedia, got to hotel, manager says the price is no longer available so bumps it up.

NO ironing facility is available

We left to go in crinkled clothes into town for some drinks! ... The crazy manager chases us out the hotel and insists the keys must be left with reception.... Ok we thought... When we returned at about 2:30am after a fun night she says angrily "I have waited up for you".... DONT take the keys then.
Then it got hilarious, we went to the room (not decorated for some 20 years is my guess) and the Air Con wasnt working, I went to reception, she comes up with a different remote and says "see works fine, you push too many buttons", she leaves air con turns off - I chase her again "can I just use your remote please", she gives in, air con is working!... We go to bed and after some 15 minutes I hear *BEEP BEEP* ... I hear the aircon going off, so jump out of bed quickly swing open the door and there stood is her husband with the air con remote in his hand! He says "no speak English" and runs down the corridor! He'd come to turn off our air con while we slept! Unbelievable!

I asked for discount the next day and they completely arrogantly refused. Never have I experienced a hotel so over priced. The Views are fantastic, Mauro the bar man is very friendly but the rest is a joke!

We have also since lost a gold ring of my wifes but they have denied they have it!

Wer de Fahrplan der öffentlichen Busse entschlüsselt hat kann auch ohne Auto in die Stadt.

Very affordable hotel at a nice location. The staff is very friendly and service minded and the pool area is very nice.The restaurant serves very good food at reasonable prices. We had a room with sea view and a terrace, which we recommend. The breakfast is typical Italian, i.e. a little bit "lighter" than what you might be used to, but was OK. The hotel is located quite high up, and to walk to the town is an "exercise". Don´t trust your GPS but drive until you see hotel signs after your GPS have told you that you have arrived.

Hotellet er lidt retro-agtig men placeringen er fantastisk oppe på siden af bjergskråningen. Værtsfamilien rigtig søde og rare. Man skal være klar til nedstigning af bjergskråningen på trapper, når man vil spise på havnen - eller bilkørsel. Flotte snorkle muligheder tæt på byen.

Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti, la vista dalla camera è mozzafiato, il personale è cortese e disponibile.
Confermo le altre recensioni dove si evidenza la necessità di rimodernare gli interni delle camere, ma ancor di più la necessità di rivedere le pulizie, in 2 giorni non è mai stato pulito/spazzato il pavimento della camera, le briciole/polveri/capelli che abbiamo trovato all'arrivo, li abbiamo salutati alla partenza.

Il privilegio migliore dell'hotel e' la posizione panoramica che domina dall'alto del promontorio offrendo giorno e notte uno spettacolo mozzafiato. La gestione, la cordialita',la cura dei dettagli nel servizio e nella ristorazione,il profumo floreale delle fioriture, la comodita'del parcheggio,la beatitudine delle camere "vista mare",e tanti altri aspetti rendono poi il soggiorno in quest'hotel un'esperienza indimenticabile.

La vista strepitosa vale il soggiorno. L'hotel è a 2 minuti dal centro di Porto Santo Stefano e in ottima posizione per andare alla ricerca delle cale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito, l'arredamento è datato ma pazienza.

Een heel bijzondere plek, waar je altijd kunt genieten van een geweldig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije en behulpzame uitbaters.

Posizione bellissima, vista a colazione e cena favolosa, gestione familiare carinissimi, esterno della struttura meglio degli interni, un po datati alcuni e ci sta anche, altri un po' troppo (doccia scomoda per un bambino piccolo, no telefono in camera, no possibilità di pagare con carte, frigo su richiesta)

Old run down property that hasn't changed much since the 70's and reminded me of hotels on the Costa Brava when I was a kid !!
Difficult to find, on check in they said they did not have a seaview room as we had booked and then said it was 20euro more for the ' Matrimonial Suite' which only turned out to be a sparsely furnished room with a circular bed !!!
We had confirmed online with a rate of $171 and then they charged 186 euro on check out and also tried to add on 55 euro dinner which was included in half board !!

The hotel has an amazing view in the hills above the town, with a great outdoor terrace and swimming pool. It's a 10-15 min walk for the town centre. The hotel itself is a bit old, but still comfortable. The breakfast was quite basic.

Der Ort ist Bilderbuch Italien. Das Hotel liegt recht weit oben am Berg. Der Blick von unserem Balkon und von der Restaurant- Terasse auf die Stadt und den Hafen war grandios. Die Zufahrt ist über schmale Serpentinen. Ausreichend freie und kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Hotel scheint aus Anfang der 70er zu stammen. Seit dem hat sich ausser Flachbild TV (nur italienisch) Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und WIFI nicht viel getan. Die Farbe der Holzfenster blättert ab, keine Dichtungen. In der Nacht hört man jede frisierte Vespa unten im Ort. Bei Regen tropft es aus der durchgerosteten Dachrinne auf den Balkon. Jeder Klacks deutlich bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören. Im Bad geht es so weiter. Man ahnt, dass der Wasserhahn verchromt gewesen ist. Wasserdruck beim warmen Wasser schlecht. Wenn beim Duschen am Waschbecken warm aufgedreht wird, kommt aus der Dusche nur noch kaltes.
Das Frühstück war einfach und nur süß. Käse und Wurst sucht man vergebens. Die Rezeption war nett, der Chef auch.
