L’emplacement et la décoration de la chambre

Cons:

Manque d’insonorisation on entend la porte d’entrée qui claque, manque d’équipements dans la chambre (petit placard, chaise …) aucun endroit où mettre les valises et les vêtements.

Nice property
Pros:

Slept great with ear plugs. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bar area was loud near my room. Nice they have ear plugs in the room. The check in went ok but was a bit of a hassle.

Downtown boutique hotel was wonderful.
Pros:

The whole vibe. The bar was intimate and wonderful. Staff were very helpful. Downtown location was very fun.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. No receptionist on site and difficult to gain access to room.
Pros:

Iin house staff very helpful in the morning.

Cons:

Hated the keyless check-in with no one on-site in case of emergency. Spent 30 minutes helping another family with limited English get into their room. Concierge person on the phone helpful and still very frustrating and impersonal. Parking was more than advertised on website.

Good location, overpriced but clean
Pros:

It was clean, cute decorations.

Cons:

Small room. Only saw one staff person. We had been in & out of the building several times walking, eating dinner, etc. as we came in the front door, the man I had seen tending bar was standing there watching me & said “look at you working the door codes on your phone.”
My hair is white, it felt very strange to receive a condescending comment like that. I obviously know how to use my phone & yes, even unlock every single door.
I’ve never received so many notifications from a hotel before i seriously thought about canceling before we visited due to the constant interruptions, but I prepaid.

I would strongly recommend this place IF the slamming door was resolved
Pros:

The property is beautiful and the staff at the bar was really friendly and helpful. I liked the drink vouchers, and the drinks were good too. The beds were very comfortable too, and I thought the snack prices were reasonable.

Cons:

We were in room 202 and a door downstairs kept slamming every few minutes, starting around 7 am and keeping up until we left. Just putting one of those things that slows doors down before they slam would have improved my experience by SO much. I'm usually good at sleeping but it was loud and frequent.

Cons:

The room was luxurious, but was small and uncomfortable with no desk or any kind of chair, and with a pedestal sink with no place to put anything. The check-in and parking procedure were a nightmare. I had to sit in my car filling out a long form and attaching photographs using my tiny phone, and then I had to wait until 4:00 to get my keys, which I found difficult to use. I never did figure out how to pay for parking: after a half hour sending text messages and screen shots back and forth, I was finally directed to just leave my car there. I was on a three week road trip and this was, by far, my least favorite overnight stay.

Beautiful, updated property in a great location.
Pros:

Ridiculously friendly staff, great service and a beautiful property - perfectly updated with modern conveniencies.

Cons:

Need power on the nightstands. We hate to have to move furniture to plug in our phones, tablets, watches, etc.
