Pros:

Hôtel charmant idéalement situé à l'entrée du village. Le personnel est accueillant. Les locaux communs sont agréablement décorés.

Cons:

Le rideau de douche qui n'est pas acceptable dans cette catégorie.

Tv não funciona
Reserva de 2 quartos com cama de casal e depois foi entregue quartos com camas separadas sem nenhuma justificação plausível

A part of Portugal unlike any other part.
Pros:

The staff were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. The old mining area nearby is absolutely fascinating and well worth exploring. The setting is super quiet and peaceful, with a unique atmosphere that feels like a blend between Australia and Southern Africa.

With Mértola only about 20 minutes away, this area is definitely worth a visit. A perfect spot for anyone looking for history, tranquillity, and great hospitality.

Cons:

Currently the telescope (in the observatory) is broken. Apparently it will be fixed by the end of 2025.

Funcionarios super simpáticos, óptimo pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Falta de manutenção óbvia, preço elevado para o que oferece. Camas demasiado duras, televisão não funcionou... Tudo muito envelhecido..

O hotel tem um observatório mas que não estava em funcionamento
A zona.da piscina necessita de requalificação. O pavimento da piscina está "abaulado" na zona das escadas e algumas tábuas na zona das esteiras estão partidas, o que pode provocar quedas

Vamos voltar, decididamente.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, muito próxima da praia fluvial e num local muito calmo e tranquilo.
Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos, incluindo os do pequeno almoço.
O quarto tinha varanda voltada para a piscina e cadeiras para sentar e desfrutar do entardecer.

Cons:

Que o observatório das estrelas já não estivesse a funcionar. Era sem dúvida uma mais-valia do hotel.
