Gervasia Hotel Makati

シャワーが水でした。シャワーカーテンがなく水浸しになります。3日間宿泊していましたが、その間部屋の掃除がなかったです。特に部屋を汚していなかったので気にはなりませんでしたが、タオルくらいは交換して欲しかったです。

Breakfast in the room, street in front a lot trafic. Old hotel but still ok for the amount. You also not far from makati, greenbelt and so on.

Photos didnt accurately match the room condition. Bathroom was not very clean. Staff were friendly and polite.

The property/hotel is not well managed and maintained. Lacking basic needs during our stay: no towels ( i have to asked), no soap, no landline to contact reception, toilet seat is not matching or too small.

The deck person was wonderful. The reservation did not show up on hotel.com but after some time she found it on Expedia very professional I arrived at 9:00 pm and was given very nice room.

問題点：１．一部屋目：①ハンガーなし、②グラスなし、③ドアロック壊れていた、④洗面台蛇口の水が止まらないことあり、⑤ハンドシャワーからから湯が出ない、その他。翌日メモに書いてクレーム出したら部屋替えとなった。２．二番目の部屋の問題点：①と②は同じ、クレーム後スタッフが後で持参、③机に椅子がない⇒朝食は立って食べた、④テレビが壊れていた、スタッフに依頼したら、翌日の部屋替えを逆に依頼された。３．3日目の３番目の部屋の問題点：①冷蔵庫がない　⇒　翌日設置されていたが、壊れていた、②流しの流れが悪くすぐ排水がたまってしまう、③朝食が依頼と違うメニューが届けられた⇒2分後に再度注文品が持参され、食べ始める寸前で入替えてくれた、④トイレットペーパーの予備がなかった。総じてベッドメイキングなどないし、シーツ取り換えなし、ゴミの片付けくらい。以上のほかにも多数指摘有り、二度と使わない。よかったのはマカティスクエアに2分程度で、リトルトーキョーへも３分４分で行ける抜群のロケーションのみ。

I have been staying at this hotel regularly over the past few years. It's very conveniently located, safe & friendly and very reasonably priced

We have being staying at the Gevasia for 10 years and have consistently been looked after very well.

My wife and I have stayed here for the Christmas holidays for 8 years and have had a great time each and every stay. It's walking distance from where we want to go and is surrounded by eateries with a large upscale shopping center a few minutes walk away.

It's near the shopping malls, however, no hot water in the shower.

It is horrible, the front desk said, my booking can’t be found at hotels.com, but when I tell her try to find it in expedia because they are the ones charging me.

設備等の故障はありませんでしたがシャワーの水量が非常に少なく(チョロチョロ程度)残念でした。

3泊しましたが、Wi-Fiが1日しか繋がりませんでした。朝食も1日は忘れられて食べられませんでした。シャワーも2日目から3日目までお湯が出ませんでした。

部屋はコンパクトで寝るだけなら十分です。

Found cockroches, bathrooms accessories loose, not clean...unsafe conditions

This has been our No.1 hotel of choice for 8 years. It offers great options for business and leisure with a widest variety of eateries from genuine Japanese, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Singaporean and a fusion of everything else within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The staff have rotated in 8 years but they have always been helpful and particularly sensitive to the needs of guests.

My wife and I have over 45 nights at the Gravasia over the past 5 years even though there are many other hotels in the same area we keep coming back to it.

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful but room bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain that makes the bathroom wet allover when someone uses the shower because of its small size, also find 2 small cockcroaches lurking in toilet seat...
