Perfect down town apartment.
Pros:

This is a perfect apartment if you want to stay down town Toronto. It is a little home away from home near great cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, parks and is not too far from the Lake Ontario for walks.
The area has a young get up and go vibe which I loved and is a very friendly neighbourhood.
The apartment its self was clean, comfortable and has everything you need from dining ware, glasses, to an induction hob and oven that works perfectly well, dishwasher and basics like kettle, toaster and a large fridge.
The apartments representative is Kathy who's communication is fantastic and prompt. She met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us great tips for the area. She was a joy to deal with.
There are great transport links in the area including trams, buses and taxis. The closest train line is a good 20 minute walk away.
I have nothing bad to say about the apartment, I loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be self sufficient during their stay here. Just remember this is not a Hotel but a home away from home.

Nice APARTMENT, NOT A HOTEL, staff is terrible
Pros:

Apartment is close to Downtown Toronto, definitely walk-able in the summer time.
Really nice apartment, nice bedding, nice living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

Staff is beyond incompetent. It isn't an actual hotel. So you have to schedule what time you will be arriving so that they are available for check-in.

Parking is available and included however, you need to obtain a permit, which will be given to you at a later time. Ended up getting a parking ticket because the staff did not renew my permit for the entire duration of my stay. Was refunded the parking ticket amount via Paypal instead of refunding my credit card like any other hotel would.

Excellent location for accessing the Royal
Pros:

Attended the Royal last week...... the main draw for us being the horse show. Less than 10 minute walk to Exhibition Place; while others were sitting in traffic, we walked on by. !

Nice stay at JJ's
Pros:

It was a great place near Liberty Village. We found it quiet and comfortable. The free underground parking was a nice surprise, but draw a map, it's easy to get turned around down there :D
We found the checkin process to be very helpful, received a full tour of the premises. There are convenient breakfast places nearby and the tram runs right out in front if you want to head downtown without a car. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need.
I'd stay there again.
