The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They explained everything about the check-in process and the accommodation very clearly, making everything easy to understand. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Special thanks to Divina, Trisha, and Kisha for their excellent service and hospitality.
I liked the location, super central and convenient with public transport so close. I also liked how it was super easy to check in and the whole experience was smooth. Diving, Trisha and Kisha made it a very stress-free, enjoyable stay.
Divina & Kisha hebben ons enorm goed geholpen met alle informatie toesturen en waren snel beschikbaar indien dit nodig was. Sleutel werkt heel makkelijk en je hebt vanuit buiten internet om de deur te openen. Aanrader als je in Singapore wil verblijven!

Clean and good location. Close to bus stop. Free laundry. I told them I didnt have a electrical converter and they supplied a charge converter.
Everything was as expected, yet be mindful of Narrow stars to bed and read how to turn on hot water heater. All worked great once I was use to the small space
The staffs were very helpful especially Divina and Kisha, they gave us info that we need and tended to our needs, thanks ladies!

Great location, easy to check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ann helped me with my booking prior to the stay. Divina, Trisha & Kisha helped me during my stay. Responses were always very prompt.
Not much. Desk was a bit of an awkward height with the chairs but otherwise everything was great.
Even though I arrived late to check in at the hotel, the staff were very courteous.
They kindly explained how to use the digital key in a clear and helpful manner.
Throughout my stay, they checked in on me regularly, and I am grateful for the thoughtfulness shown by Divina, Trisha and Kisha, which you simply don’t find at other hotels.
I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was fine, the location was exceptional being very close to many places and a short walk from the nearest metro entry point, the staff were very kind and accommodating especially Divina and Kisha who were wonderfully polite and helpful
only complaint would be to be a little bit more vigilant when cleaning as there as sock on stairs from what i can only some were the previous guests

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staffs (Divina & Kisha), and a great location. Everything was well maintained, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Quietness and items of daily use are available.
Online digital key has some drawbacks, you are too much dependent on phone (wifi, Bluetooth,location,battery). Daily or every second day room cleaning should be added.

Lage war gut und man hat alles was man braucht
Es war ein bisschen schwierig einzuchecken, bisschen überfordernd aber machbar!
Für check in muss man extra App herunterladen und sich identifizieren und danach warten bis man Zugang bekommt und so weiter.
Ich weiß es nicht ob es generell in Singapur überall so ist aber definitiv überfordert.
Wenn ihr kein internet und kein Akku habt dann ist anstrengend nach wifi suchen oder nach lade label suchen und danach warten und dann erst könnt ihr zu Wohnung rein.
