Pros:

I like the simple design of the room its small area but due to constraction and design it looks wider. Also thankful for the staff Rome, Divina and Maica for the assistance during my stay..

Пероснал, тишина , чистота , вид из окна, стиральная машина, достопримечательности вокруг , много кафешек , баров , ресторанов, 7/11. Я просто потрясающе провела 2 дня в Сингапуре. Я очень советую этот отель!!

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! The atmosphere was super welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the best perks was the free laundry, which was incredibly convenient during our trip.

The check-in and check-out process was extremely flexible, which made everything stress-free. We also felt very safe at all times, thanks to the secure system in place.

To access the elevator and room, you need to download an app for a digital key, it’s very easy to use, and the staff is always there to help if needed.
Maica and Davina were absolutely lovely! They kindly stored our luggage for free and even let us freshen up and change before heading to the airport, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a top experience, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks guys see you again !!

冲着评分预定的，五个晚上，果然不负期待。
要先下载他们家电子钥匙APP，入住前三天以内提交护照信息办理入住手续。
预定以后就收到确认邮件，提出问题以后也很快收到回复。服务很周到。
到这边还没到三点，我们问能否先放一下行李，收到了门禁密码进来。两点多逛了一圈回来刚好看到服务员MAICA，她已经把我们的行李放进房间了，虽然提前了但是因为已经准备好了就提前帮我们后台确认拿了钥匙，刷NFC进大门刷电梯开房门很顺畅。
BTW,电子钥匙需要每天人脸验证更新，安全性真的没得说。
三楼有洗衣机和烘干机，房间也放了洗衣粉，很贴心！

对了对了，衣柜里衣架给了超多，几天换洗衣服都放得下，太方便了！

Отличное место расположение, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности!
Апартаменты достаточно свежие, есть стиральная машина, микроволновка, чайник.

Cons:

За стоимость почти 100$ за сутки, в номере не было ни разу уборки за 4 дня. Мусор приходилось самостоятельно выносить в ближайшую мусорку. В эту стоимость не входило даже пару бутылочек с питьевой водой.

Great, but not perfect. Will still consider this hotel again when going back to Singapore.
Pros:

Comfortable room setup, and plenty of switches for charging. Every single device provided worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff I encountered by chance, Maica, was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only gripe was the shower area, which was far too small. I'm not sure if it's just my room, 304, or it's the same for all. It wasn't too comfortable to shower in. Also, there was a big construction going on just next door. It's loud and nosiy. Lucky I'm at work whole day. Earplugs provided through, which was a nice touch.

Great location, smooth check-in, and exceptional hosts
Pros:

We had a really great stay at this flat. The location is perfect, with lots of good restaurants around and nice bars just next door.
Check-in was super easy, you just use your phone as the key, which was really convenient. Divina and Jean were also amazing throughout our stay. They kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and were incredibly responsive on WhatsApp. Anytime we needed something like plug adapters or an iron, they sorted it out within minutes.

They also gave us great local recommendations and even let us check out later while storing our luggage until our flight.

Overall, everything was smooth and easy, they really made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels is hervorragend. Sowohl zum Flughafen, als aber auch in die Innenstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Cons:

Der Check- In war etwas kompliziert. Wir haben aber sofort Hilfe erhalten. Das Team (Divina, Machia, Mitxh, Jean) waren sofort erreichbar. Das digitale Schlüsselsystem mit der App fanden wir eher umständlich. Wir mussten das Bandy meistsens mehrmals an die entsprechende Stelle halten bis es letztendlich dann ging. Ich denke das könnte man auch einfacher lösen (z.B. Schlüsselbox mit digitaler Karte).

Die Information vorab waren sehr hilfreich so dass alles gut beim digitalen Check in klappte
Ja das Zimmer ist klein aber hatte (bis auf einen Toaster) alles was man braucht
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es war relativ leise und der Aufbewahrungsservice des Gepäcks klappte hervorragend!

Toaster und Geschirrtuch wären noch toll
