Sistema de chekin péssimo, acesso a acomodação exclusivamente por app que não funciona adequadamente. No meu caso só funcionou no celular da minha amiga, então se eu estivesse sozinha, teria ficado sem conseguir acesso . Foi exaustivo e desgastante chegar de um voo super longo e lutar com o app até conseguir o acesso.

A hidden gem in Singapore. The location is fantastic, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. You can even enjoy a morning run to the Merlion and Marina Bay area.
The hotel staff (Divina and Rome) are incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The facilities are simple: you won’t find a fancy lobby or large gym, but that’s perfectly fine for us.
The value for the price is hard to beat. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
The area was super convenient (in the middle of the city basically), the staff was extremely nice and accommodating and the room was exactly what I needed. Divine and Rome offered some of the most kind and attentive service I have experienced. Loved it!
Overhead shower was a bit tough to get working but that’s it.
The location is superb, smack in the middle of major shopping malls like Suntec City and Bugis Junction, with plenty of food options around. There's a kitchenette which even has a full set of utensils, convenient for takeaway food or even cooking. Also, I'm really glad there's a bidet in the bathroom, it's actually the main reason I chose this hotel. I didn't use the complimentary laundry, but I imagine how it would help immensely in longer stays. It was also thoughtful to provide earplugs as the area can be noisy with construction work in a neighboring unit and bars that open until late, but personally I didn't need them as it was pleasantly quiet throughout my stay.
Most of all, the customer service is outstanding despite not having a lobby. Belle, Divina and Rome really helped to make me feel welcome, checking in on me through Whatsapp and even visiting the room on the first day to make sure everything's okay.
The stairs to the loft are a little steep and narrow; one misstep and it's easy to get injured, so I have to minimize the number of times I go upstairs.
Sehr netter Empfang von Divina. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die negativen Kommentare können wir nicht verstehen, Bett war bequem, Klima hat sehr gut funktioniert und es war sauber. Der digitale Key für die Zimmer ist idiotensicher, sollte jeder mit einem Handy hinbekommen.

It was not super straightforward to check-in with the phone. A bit chaotic at times, but their support staff (we had Divina assigned) was very helpful with that!
The location was great, walking distance to a lot of shops, cafes and even Haji Lane!
The staff (Divina and Rome) were easy to reach via WhatsApp and they would provide all the information we need.
Room was small, but felt bigger than it was! Shower was clean with space for storage/towels.
There was a dehumidifer in the room which helped keep the room feeling fresh and not suffocating!
Super central location, lovely and responsive staff. The room was of good size and modern. Amenities are also good. Compared to other "budget" hotels which we stayed in, this was definitely the best one.
Fully digital check-in process was cumbersome, and digital key was not always a seamless experience. Definitely can be optimized.

I really liked the hotel's location because my main reason for visiting Singapore was to attend a concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The hotel is only two MRT stops away from the stadium, making it very convenient. It was also easy to get to Haji Lane, Arab Street, Bugis street, and Raffles City mall which is just a few bus stops away.
As for the room, it was very comfortable. The only issue I encountered was that the toilet faucet was leaking. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would probably book this hotel again in the future.

I liked the location, super central and convenient with public transport so close. I also liked how it was super easy to check in and the whole experience was smooth. Diving, Trisha and Kisha made it a very stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Clean and good location. Close to bus stop. Free laundry. I told them I didnt have a electrical converter and they supplied a charge converter.
Everything was as expected, yet be mindful of Narrow stars to bed and read how to turn on hot water heater. All worked great once I was use to the small space
Divina & Kisha hebben ons enorm goed geholpen met alle informatie toesturen en waren snel beschikbaar indien dit nodig was. Sleutel werkt heel makkelijk en je hebt vanuit buiten internet om de deur te openen. Aanrader als je in Singapore wil verblijven!
