Perfect for a short break, clean tidy, helpful staff, comfortable beds, couldn't ask for anything more.
La ubicación estaba muy bien.
Que al llegar y hacer el check in, no se esforzaron demasiado en enterdernos en español y utilizar un traductor en todo momento porque no todos hablamos el inglés y era bastante complicado la llave digital.
Después muy bien con Divina que ofreció su ayuda personal para el check out.

The room was also good with the microwave and refrigerator so you can easily stored and warm your breakfast.
and the room was also clean and having the laundry room was also another plus point so I don't bring dirty laundry home.
The shower was quite small - so it was bit hard to move with the curtain that was basically will sticking to your body while showering.
And more of question, weird how you guys didn't give water bottle in the room
And one note about the Mobile App Check in - since you never know if your device will function correctly especially when you arrive back after long day, so I think will be nice to give an heads up that the physical card locker code was being given ahead of time so not wasting so many times contacting the virtual reception cause of device error.

Super Ausstattung, komfortabel und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war perfekt.
Das Team hat uns auch sehr gut betreut und war sofort da, wenn man Hilfe benötigt hat. Danke an Divina und Kisha! Die Putzfrau möchte ich auch erwähnen, sie war sehr nett und freundlich.

The hosts, Ryan, Divina and Rome were very helpful and responsive. The hotel was great and clean. Theres a 7 eleven close by, and lots of restaurants. The train station is about 5-10 minutes walk from the place, and has a bus stop close by too.

The location was excellent for getting around and service was fantastic - a big thank you to Divina and Rome who made the experience smooth from the start to finish, and were quick to provide assistance when needed

The accommodation was fantastic, and everything about the property was great.
A special thank you to Rome, Divine and Maica who were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed.
The only minor downside was some construction noise nearby, which was a bit distracting at times.
Most importantly, I must give immense credit to the team at Heritage Collection - specifically Divina, Rome, and on-site manager Ryan - for their incredible service. They are all incredibly responsive, professional, friendly, and helpful. For instance, the online app-check-in can be slightly difficult to navigate, but the team are happy to assist via the virtual chat feature and Ryan was on-site to support as needed. The room is surprisingly spacious and it is comfortable, with a great location in the center of Singapore. I’ve stayed at this property every time, and it is reliable and consistent! I highly recommend if you are looking for a simple, comfortable, convenient stay in Singapore.
I wish there was toothpaste on-site! There is a pantry where you can purchase such goods, but it is closed on Sunday & Monday so is not always accessible. But overall it’s a great stay.
