Pros:

Everything is as advertised, Maica and Davina really did an exceptional job on assisting us with our stay.. location is also excellent, only few minutes from bus and mrt.. checking in is easy breezy as long as you follow the email that they sent

Cons:

Maybe the shower is a bit small, and the renovation noise a bit, but really its nothing

Hevorragende Lage und sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Das Personal, insbesondere Rome, Divina & Maica waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Zimmer war für Singapur Verhältnisse groß und geräumig. Vor allem die Regendusche war das Highlight.

Pros:

great staff, divina & maica offered spectacular service during working hours, and rome provided quick & attentive support via. the digital concierge!

Cons:

there was some construction going on outside of my room every morning (not the hotel themselves, just on the street), which caused some noise, but wasnt a massive problem as i was an early waker anyway

La posizione vicino anche ai trasporti e comunque in una buona zona di Singapore. La camera abbastanza grande specie per l'organizzazione degli spazi. La doccia e il bagno in generale. La pulizia.

Cons:

L'accesso crea qualche complicazione ma poi dopo un primo disorientamento si intende abbastanza. E comunque nel caso non si riesca a fare check-in c'è l'aiuto come nel caso di Bella, Divina, Maica & Mitch. Molto attenti ad aiutarci.
La cauzione è impegnativa, anche se poi viene ovviamente restituita.

Pros:

Very clean and cozy room situated in a fantastic location. Walking distance to multiple busses and trains for accessibility, and a short walk away from quality dining, entertainment and shopping destinations. The staff, Divina and Maica, and their digital concierge, Jean, were all extremely professional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at the Heritage Collection on Seah!

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

I think the staff did a great job of communicating and assisting us during the stay. A big thankyou to Rome, Divina and Maica who made the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

Cons:

At the time of our stay there was construction going on in the building next to us. Though this is something out of the hotels control so no complaints from us.

Пероснал, тишина , чистота , вид из окна, стиральная машина, достопримечательности вокруг , много кафешек , баров , ресторанов, 7/11. Я просто потрясающе провела 2 дня в Сингапуре. Я очень советую этот отель!!

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! The atmosphere was super welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the best perks was the free laundry, which was incredibly convenient during our trip.

The check-in and check-out process was extremely flexible, which made everything stress-free. We also felt very safe at all times, thanks to the secure system in place.

To access the elevator and room, you need to download an app for a digital key, it’s very easy to use, and the staff is always there to help if needed.
Maica and Davina were absolutely lovely! They kindly stored our luggage for free and even let us freshen up and change before heading to the airport, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a top experience, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks guys see you again !!

冲着评分预定的，五个晚上，果然不负期待。
要先下载他们家电子钥匙APP，入住前三天以内提交护照信息办理入住手续。
预定以后就收到确认邮件，提出问题以后也很快收到回复。服务很周到。
到这边还没到三点，我们问能否先放一下行李，收到了门禁密码进来。两点多逛了一圈回来刚好看到服务员MAICA，她已经把我们的行李放进房间了，虽然提前了但是因为已经准备好了就提前帮我们后台确认拿了钥匙，刷NFC进大门刷电梯开房门很顺畅。
BTW,电子钥匙需要每天人脸验证更新，安全性真的没得说。
三楼有洗衣机和烘干机，房间也放了洗衣粉，很贴心！

对了对了，衣柜里衣架给了超多，几天换洗衣服都放得下，太方便了！

Отличное место расположение, многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности!
Апартаменты достаточно свежие, есть стиральная машина, микроволновка, чайник.

Cons:

За стоимость почти 100$ за сутки, в номере не было ни разу уборки за 4 дня. Мусор приходилось самостоятельно выносить в ближайшую мусорку. В эту стоимость не входило даже пару бутылочек с питьевой водой.
Залоговый депозит в 150$
