This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
Please note that should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable.
A damage deposit of S$ 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise.

Everything went smoothly with the mobile app and check-in. Divina also helped us with the check-in in person, so I didn’t have to worry about anything anymore. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is really good and in a nice neighborhood.
Everything was done through an app. Although there was no front desk, their staff Rome and Divina were easily reachable on whatsapp. Divina also showed us to our rooms during check-in. The loft-style room was comfortable and I was happy there was a bidet in the toilet. The mini kitchen was also appreciated; I could easily reheat food for breakfast or midnight snacks. We were told there was free laundry machines available but I didn’t get to use it.
Location was fantastic. Behind the historic Raffles Hotel and between Bugis and City Hall MRT. Lots of food places and cafes nearby.
No room slippers available. No room cleaning for less than 7 nights stay. There was construction going on outside that made the room noisy although they did provide earplugs.

It was central to everything, walking distance to the Convention Center, literally right behind Raffles, right beside a bus stop and near several MRTs. So many quaint restos and cafes, and affordable local hawkeries too along the street. So convenient there was a 7-11 around the corner. The facade was incredibly beautiful and the rooms were so comfy and spacious. The staff were even more helpful and gracious-- Divina especially, Rome and Belle.

The only thing I could say I didn't like was the water heater but it was so negligible it's didn't impact my stay

Everything was perfect ! The location is near a bus station and the accomodation is really comfortable. Also the staff Divina & Rome helped me all along the process to get the accomodation with clear explanation, they are really kind.
I didn’t know that I had to give a 200$ deposit
Amazing location close to everything Singapore has to offer. It’s on a beautiful street with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Loved the room with the bedroom located upstairs.
I found the key app a little bit difficult to use at times.

Very clean and renovated room despite quite small as visible in the pictures. This anyway doesn’t bother if your need is just a clean and cozy place to sleep in a good location. The staff (Divina and Roma) were very kind and helpful with my needs.
