Home away from home
Pros:

Great size unit with all the things you would have at home. Great location just 5 min walk from the convention centre and on to South Bank. Felt safe walking around the area at night and early in the morning. West Village near by is quaint with lovely restaurants. Check in and check out was simple. Rubbish shoot at your own level was a bonus - no need to walk around the buildings looking for rubbish disposal.

Functional but tired and not inviting
Pros:

The instructions on arrival were confusing and the process to check-in and get to our room took far too long, close to an hour. When you are tired from a long journey you do not want to be stuffed about with what should be straightforward task.

The room was clean and mostly functional but it was like staying in a worn out display from Fantastic Furniture. Given the design choices it was probably a good thing there was no art work on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable. Tip: don't use the cheap iron, it will stain your clothes.

Location is pretty good with plenty of local eateries/cafes etc and markets/supermarkets nearby and within easy walking distance. Basement parking was good.

Easy transition on after hours arrival. Great location, great apartment, very family orientated and quiet to relax.

Clean and peaceful
Pros:

This is our second time we have stayed here to experience the Paniyiri Greek Festival. It's so close to the festival and also all the restaurants at South Bank and the multicultural area of West end.

Close to everything and nice apartment. Comfy bed and pillows.
Pros:

Great location. Nice apartment if a little weather worn for a quite new building.

Cons:

Parking is expensive at $25 per day. Could have parked nest door in Wilson Carpark for $18 if we had known.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

We always have an enjoyable stay at Arena Apartments. The management is very pleasant welcoming and cares about good service as is reflected in her staff. All staff go out of their way to be helpful. Even the permanent residents are friendly and helpful to visiting guests.
