Location was great and the view from room 2103 was excellent, loved to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. Shower was good and powerful and provision of shampoo etc was a bonus. The bed was comfortable.
The microwave worked but was not in the best condition and probably needed replacing.

Great location in the West Village - great places to eat and connected to city well. Apartment very spacious and clean - had everything we needed
No Netflix and had to pay for parking per night which is a lot when you stay for 8 days. Also kids in the pool not being looked after by parents - need some child-free times

I like the convenience. Gym is really good, location to west end and the staff are lovely.
It’s very tired. I’ve stayed here several time over the course of about 8 years. Carpets are worn /ripped in parts. Bathroom doesn’t feel clean due to rust and limescale buildup. Bins in kitchen were filthy. Could do with some scissors in kitchen. No pictures or rug to make it more cosy.

We had an issue with cockroaches in the apartment, the staff apologised and offered to change rooms, we were informed there had been pest control working previously.
Great location, spacious apartment.
Awful smell coming from the rubbish chute. Fortunately the smell didn’t enter our apartment. We had a small problem with a dodgy door knob into the main bedroom which locked me out of the room. Management were great and had it changed immediately.
Also had huge pillows which were too high for me. Would be good to have two high ones and two low ones to cater for all guests. Bed was comfy apart from the pillows.
