Important information:

The SPA, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are not included in room rates. Children from 4 to 14 years old (also paying) can access the SPA facilities during limited times (10:00 - 12:00) with one paying adult.

In Half Board (Breakfast & dinner included) - dinner, served at Dom Alimado Restaurant is buffet or 3 course menu choice and drinks are not included. In the nights of December 24th, 25th and 31st (no Réveillon party) in Half Board (breakfast & dinner included) the dinner includes a selection of drinks and is also served until 22:00.

Pleasant surprise of a hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly, comfy bed and nice size quiet room. Great central location, proximity to Metro, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

External pool not open due to weather and winter conditions, rooftop bar also mostly closed due to the same winter conditions but I guess that is not to blame on the hotel. Interior pool was nice but too much chlorine, you could feel it in the eyes. Extra cost for indoor SPA and swimming pool due to belonging to the 3rd party and not the hotel, be warned. Did not like the small toilet and shallow front.

Voltarei certamente ao hotel, não só pela localização, pelo pequeno-almoço e pelo quarto impecável.
Pros:

O quarto era agradável, bem equipado, com boa decoração. Adorei o pequeno-almoço com muita variedade, tinha mesmo muitas opções de escolha. Os funcionários foram simpáticos.

Cons:

Na última noite pelas 4H um grupo de pessoas chegaram bêbados, claramente e sem dúvidas porque também foi confirmado pelos funcionários do hotel, fizeram imenso barulho no corredor. Barulho esse que não durou 5 minutos nem 10, durou 20 minutos, entre risos, falar alto e a bater e abrir portas constantemente.
No quarto também se ouve muito barulho vindo da rua.

Localização e possibilidade de parqueamento com carregador para viaturas elétricas.

Nada que achasse mau ou desadequado. O pequeno almoço poderia ter maior variedade de doçaria (em dois dias sempre um só bolo… de yogurte)

Pros:

Die Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür waren super für Familien.
Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn.
Es war alles vorhanden.
Die Lage direkt an der Metro/Bus und nicht weit vom Bahnhof ist optimal für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Schade, dass der Innenpool nur nutzbar ist, wenn man den Wellnessbereich mit 17€/Person/Tag bucht.
Da es die ganze Woche geregnet hat, war der kostenlose Dachpool nicht möglich.
