Hotel in einem Industriegebiet mit technischen Ausstattungsdefiziten
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits in einem Industriegebiet von Bergkirchen direkt an der Autobahn. Für unsere Zwecke lag es dennoch ideal, da wir eine Feier in der Nähe besuchten. Fussläufig liegen Aldi, dm, Kik und eine Esso-Großtankstelle. Ein Food-Truck steht zudem vor dem Hotel. Parkplätze gibt es zudem genug. Es gibt Zimmer mit und ohne Klimaanlage. Die mit sind zu bevorzugen, dass es im Sommer ziemlich heiß und und stickig in den Räumen ist. Das Fenster kann man nur bedingt auflassen, da es durch die Straße und die Großtankstelle gegenüber z.T. laut sein kann. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts schienen nachts zudem Menschen im Industriegebiet Autorennnen zu fahren und drifteten mit Höllenlärm durch den Kreisverkehr in der Nähe. Aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, die Zimmer gut geschnitten und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Brötchen sogar sehr gut. Rührei mit Speck gibt es ebenfalls. Einen Kaffeeautomat mit zahlreichen Kaffeevarianten gibt es auch. Einzig warum zum Frühstück ausschließlich sehr scharfer Chilliekäse als Käse angeboten wird, erschließt sich nicht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind von sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität. In unserer Gruppe mit einigen Reservierungen hatten wir z.B. etwas heruntergekommene Zimmer, bei denen sich u.a. der Kunstlederbezug der Bettrückenlehne ablöste und im Bett verteilte. Nicht so schön. Andere Zimmer (ggf. renoviert?) waren makellos. Das waren die mit Vinylboden anstelle von Teppich.
Ein echtes Problem war teilweise die Türschließung. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass in einem Hotel mit Kartenschließung die Tür nach dem Zuziehen sich NICHT bzw. nicht zuverlässig verschloss. Man musste das Zimmer wohl oder übel offen lassen. Bei der Rückkunft war es dann verschlossen, scheinbar verschloss sich die Tür dann irgendwann doch.

Voor 1 nacht was het goed.
Pros:

Kamer was goed. Schoon. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Er was niemand aanwezig bij de receptie. De manier waarop we de sleutel moesten bemachtigen was ronduit bizar. Via een onduidelijk systeem moest een sleutelkaart geactiveerd worden. De persoon achter de intercom snapte het systeem zelf niet en sprak gebrekkig Duits.

Zimmer sind klein, aber für 1 Nacht völlig ok.

Cons:

Self check-in war Katastrophe! Funktionierte nicht, keine genaue Anweisung/Bedienungsanleitung vor Ort, Mitarbeiter der "Notfall-Nr" konnte überhaupt nicht weiterhelfen.
Ging vielen anderen Gästen ebenso.
Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar, aber für den Preis ok, es war nur leider ständig alles leer und dauerte lange bis wieder aufgefüllt wurde (z.B. Semmeln, Wurst)

Pros:

Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Bei notnummern waren nicht besetzt. Nachts um 23 Uhr musste ich mir eine neue Bleibe suchen - alleine als Frau.
Man hat mir 2 mal den Betrag von der Karte abgebucht und nun springe ich dem Geld hinterher. Meine Emails werden ignoriert.

Cons:

Ich habe für 2 personen gebucht habe aber nur für 1 person handtücher, Duschtücher und ein kissen und eine decke im zimmer gehabt also für eine person. Ich konnte niemanden in der rezeption finden weil es schon zu hatte.
