Falta equipamiento en las habitaciones.
Secador de pelo. Servicio de planchado, escritorio de la habitación endeble y silla no adecuada.
El ruido es perceptible en las habitaciones. Especialmente el proveniente del transito de los pasajeros.

La ubicacion y cercania al mall, y la amplitud y limpieza de la habitacion, aunque no tenia un buen closet para gurdar las pertenencias.

Cons:

El desayuno y el personal a cargo. El desayuno era muy basico, y es simil a la entrega de desayuno en faena minera. La persona que estaba a cargo, no atendia de buena forma.

El estacionamiento lejos, el personal de mal atencion. Me cobraron extra al llegar de lo acordado con booking. Se escucha todo de los otros pisos. La habitación no estaba limpia. Su preferencia son las empresas no apto para familias

El desayuno estuvo rico.

Cons:

Cama incomoda, almohadas muy planas, y paredes delgadas porque se escuchaba todo desde la otro pieza. Falta de indicaciones sobre el hotel, no nos indicaron donde quedaba nuestra habitación ni las instalaciones.
