Eu tinha uma reserva de diária do dia 05/05 nesse hotel. Quando cheguei ao local, após reservar 1 quarto duplo que incluía cama de casal, local próprio para eu e minha esposa, a recepção nos deu a chave do quarto e, ao chegar no local, a TV estava ligada, a cama estava bagunçada, tinha toalha em cima da pia (usada), ou seja, o quarto nao estava habitável. Voltamos na recepção e ele nos ofereceu outro quarto (bem inferior ao nosso) pois era o único limpo no momento. Solicitei o reembolso do valor com a diferença do valor entre os quartos e o recepcionista alegou que nao conseguia fazer reembolso e que eu precisava resolver com o próprio booking. Como nao tínhamos onde ficar e estava muito tarde, acabamos ficando no quarto inferior. Diante disso, registro minha insatisfação e solicito o reembolso do valor pago, devido a todo o transtorno causado (danos morais) e por não ter o suporte adequado no dia.
