Demora para liberar o quarto, tivemos que esperar mais de 2 hrs (mesmo chegando as 14). Pois o quarto ainda nao estava pronto

Não tem restaurante, mas pedi um sanduíche no serviço do quarto e veio de um terceirizado. Maravilhoso!

Tudo estava perfeito, desde a limpeza, organização, conforto da cama e um café da manhã maravilhoso. A piscina aquecida foi maravilhosa para curtir no friozinho.

Es central y cerca al centro de convenciones Frei Caneca, aun así es mejor tomar transporte porque la zona pasa de verse segura a no tan segura. El destino tiene muy buena diversidad en frutas frescas, la habitación estaba cómoda, me gustó que cuidan a Nando y solo de saber que el era el vigilante en la noche me hizo sentir que estaba en un sitio muy seguro en São Paulo .
Tenía la llave del agua fría mala, como el servicio que lava los baños no reporta estos daños, apenas lo reporte lo solucionaron y al otro día el baño ya fue placentero . Mil gracias por la pronta solución .
