Great location, near the beach and restaurants.
Apartment was spacious and had ample kitchen utensils, appliances and crockery.
The carpet probably good have done with a steam clean.
There was an odour that occurred at times that appeared to be coming from possibly upstairs sewerage. It was not there all the time only on a few occasions.
Pool and spa area was great.
Sliding door onto balcony was broken and wouldn’t lock.
Overall we had a lovely getaway for the weekend and we would book this apartment again.

Great apartment in a really handy location.
A couple of minor issues - seal on the balcony door has come off so windy comes in, laundry has a very odd smell coming from it BUT everything else was great. Would definitely stay again. Major kudos to the Regional Escapes team who were amazingly helpful and quick in their response each time we needed to reach out.

Pros:

Great place to stay. We had a girls trip and it was convenient enough to walk all around Torquay, quiet and had a shaded balcony. Highly recommend PEARL restaurant too.

Overall it was good, frypans need replacing and carpet needs a clean. Washer/dryer combo machine took too long to wash and dry

The apartment was very roomy, very clean, well stocked for self-catering and an excellent location for a beach holiday. There are no staff around- would be helpful to have emergency numbers in case you lock yourself out. I will definitely come back.

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent parking. The pool was great for the kids on colder days. Apt 8 washer/dryer still not working - stayed at same apt last year as well (no drying function & washed clothes smell musty).
