Cons:

Unclean- vape and tampon and empty bottles found behind door in bedroom.
Minimal crockery and cooking utensils. Frypan rusty.
Disaster useless, didn’t clean
Minimal condiments for 6 night stay.
Rubbish left in rooms and balcony.
Meant to be non smokers appr but many cigarette butts found on balcony . Very noisy spot. Made me question id sheets were actually clean so slept fully clothed.
Aircon/heater on a timer so could not adjust.
For the price plus car parking it’s an insult.

Pros:

So much room for a two bedroom apartment. So quiet location and the unit it’s self there was no noise coming from anyone in the block. And the upstairs bbq area is massive. And stunning views. So well priced and we will definitely be booking there again.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like about it.

Overall was a good experience
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Have all the basic facilities.

Cons:

We stayed whole weeks but only have 2-3 days toiletries. Doors of both showers couldn’t close properly.

Car parks- Paid for parking and had to park 50 meters down the road and my car would not fit in the park..

We thought the unit was not up to standard - saggy bed and dirty dinner plates with hair etc and not enough dishwasher s
Pros:

It was close to the Showgrounds where we needed to go

Cons:

The bed was saggy and we ended up with very sore backs - no security screen on balcony doors - insufficient dishwasher sachets and hair in amongst the clean dishes

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

It appeared to be newly renovated.

Cons:

The listing promised features that didn’t exist. There were no city or garden views, the patio was super small and looked at a wall! Light on adjacent balcony shinesd into room all night so hard to sleep. Higher up units may have had views but definitely not the one we were in. Very enclosed unit and space. Listing said there was a pool which there wasn’t one.
