Staff was rude and they just denied dinner or last order at 10 pm only. We got late from Badrinath ji but they were rude
I have booked this hotel and I am reached hotel early morning but hotel staff not giving my room. I have waiting for 2 hours but hotels staff not helping us. Very bad experience 😞

Hotel staff is very polite and promptly looks at our requests.
Only swimming pool was there. No other activities at resort in 4 star property.
It's a new property but the services are not up to the expectations... few highlights:
1. the staff is really inexperienced... There is no welcome... we waited for almost half an hour at reception for someone to pick our luggage... the staff was looking at each other helpless... ultimately we had to carry our own luggage to room.... no one to escort you to room.
2. Pool was not clean after repeated request someone came but again the person has no idea how to clean . Not any in house activities for kids
3. Very overcharged food... They even charge for ice cubes
4. Breakfast which was complimentary did not have much options and the timings they change to their discretion we got an abrupt call stating it's till 10.00 am only although in menu it's written till 10.30am
