Fantastic location, great service
Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing, good access to wherever you want to go. The staff are exceptional.

Cons:

We had a bit of a problem with the plumbing, and they did switch us to another room, but only after one night. They were apologetic that it didn't happen earlier, and I understand it was a very rare situation, but could have gone more smoothly.

Enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

There was a strong ‘drain’ smell in the upstairs bathroom of our family room. It was stronger in the morning, but eased off a bit after showering.

Bene , ma migliorabile

La posizione , il personale sempre gentile . Lo stile della struttura.

Cons:

Pulizia poco accurata. Materasso durissimo , non confortevole. Stanze poco insonorizzate, anche a causa del soppalco in ferro .
E poi circa una settimana prima dell’arrivo mi hanno addebitato 10€ , senza avvisare e solo per provare la validità della carta , provenienza Centro directivo . Pensavo mi avessero clonato la carta e in accordo con la banca l’ho bloccata . Avvisare sarebbe cosa utile . Evitavo un bel fastidio . La transazione non era riconoscibile e non si sapeva da dove provenisse .
