Great comfortable stay in a beautiful structure in the heart of Valencia.
Pros:

Really comfortable room with good climate control and generally beautiful architecture

Cons:

The room was quite clean but not totally clean (there was some hair stuck on the inside of the toilet - just a small missed spot)

I would like refund please
Pros:

No warm welcome. The receptionists cold and I thought quite aggressive in their manner. Except for a lovely young man with glasses who was lovrr E ky.

Cons:

Horrible decor. They gave me a mezzanine room suitable for 4 people. I am a 79 year old woman and decided to sleep on the ground floor because when I explortop floor the stairs were very steep and the handrail was flimsy and shaky. When the downstairs toilet broke down the receptionist said, why didn’t you use the upstairs toilet instead. No apology. Overall the worst hotel I have stayed in during my travels over the last 3 weeks
