O que salva o hotel são os funcionários da recepção que são simpáticos.

Cons:

Primeiro e mais importante, NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO. Café da manhã não condiz com o valor pago, acaba 09:30, não oferece serviços de cozinha como a tapioca feita na hora que vários outros oferecem por valor menor. quarto sem iluminação. O hotel não é ruim não, o problema é que eles cobram um valor de hotel 3 estrelas e entregam 2. Para quem esta em dúvida entre ele e outros com valores parecidos, eu não arriscaria o hotel refúgio.

Local super aconchegante, café da manhã delicioso, quarto espaçoso e bem limpo. A recepcionista foi super simpática e disposta a ajudar.
