Rude staff and problems with booking/payment

Don't stay here - the booking and payment is not working and the staff are so rude !

When we arrived to the hotel the 4th August at 8 pm the staff in the reception told us that they haven't received any booking or any money from hotels.com. Therefore they wanted us to pay again and they didn't care when we showed them the confirmation email (with booking and payment). This is a problem that they have had before according to the staff and also according to a review from a customer on hotels.com.

We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment several times but they insisted that we had to pay AGAIN. They were so rude to us and just laughed when we tried to talk with them about the problem. They also said that we couldn't talk with the hotel manager because they didn't have his number. So many things were so wrong ! In the end they ignored us and didn't want to help us unless we payed them again. Therefore we had to find another place to stay.
They didn't have a computer for the receptionist to use, and the wifi didn't work, so no internet at all. Wonder why they didn't receive anything from hotels.com...

Pros:

Hotell nära busstation o om man färdas på det sättet är det väldigt bekvämt. Dock är det mycket ljud från bussarna o passagerna, kändes som det pågick dygnet runt.

HEY HAD NO RESERVATION FOR US FROM EXPEDIA. SEEMS A CONTINUING PROBLEM, BUT AS THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED AT ANY HOTEL ACCROSS THE GLOBE, FEEL A HOTEL PROBLEM. AFTER ABOUT 3-4 HOURS IT WAS RESOLVED

Pros:

Vi ankom til hotellet men blev oplyst af receptionen at de havde slettet vores reservation fordi hotels.com ikke havde betalt dem. Damen oplyste os om at de havde rum som vi så skulle betale kontant for.
Hotels.com havde stadig reservation og trukket penge for den så der var alt ok.
