Cedar Court Bradford

Had my wedding on the 14th of February at Cedar Court Hotel Bradford. The staff were amazing helping set up and making sure the day went smoothly. Would also like to say a big thank you to jackie who helped with the chair designs the day before the wedding. If it wasnt for you i would still be stressed out. And also would like to thank farzana for making the day go perfect and for checking to see if everything was ok and if i needed anything. Also would like to say a massive thanks to chloe the wedding manager for helping pull the wedding of and making it perfect for me.

I had a very enjoyable dinner at Stanley.
The meat was excellent, and the wine recommendation perfectly matched my taste. Overall, the food quality was great compliments to the kitchen team.

The only small note I would mention is that the potatoes were a bit too hard for my preference; I would have enjoyed them more if they were softer.

I would especially like to thank Bismal for her warm, friendly, and attentive service. Her positive attitude truly enhanced the entire dining experience.

I did encounter a minor issue regarding payment, as only card payments were accepted. However, the situation was handled quickly and professionally by a tall, well-dressed gentleman who kindly resolved the matter. I really appreciated his help.

As a suggestion, it might be helpful to display a visible notice informing guests that only card payments are accepted, to avoid any confusion for first-time diners.

Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent food and genuinely kind staff. Thank you.

Qais and Bismah were absolutely brilliant. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience great. Their service was friendly without being overbearing, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. They really made our visit memorable, huge credit to them. I will definitely visit regularly

Lovely and peaceful hotel, amazing service from Iqrah loved the dinner especially the Salmon. All staff were accommodating.

We had a truly lovely afternoon tea at Cedar Court to celebrate a colleague’s and a dear friends birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. A very special mention goes to Iqrah, whose customer service was outstanding. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made our experience feel extra special. Thank you, Iqrah, for going above and beyond – you were amazing and made the celebration memorable. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed for business. Great service at the bar, I went for food in the restaurant and it was fantastic food. Bismah was very attentive and looked after me. I will come again.

Staff are fantastic, helpful, always polite food is good and service is great. Breakfast is good and had two evening meals and the waitress Bismah was really helpful and friendly. Thankyou Bismal

The food was great value straight forward food done well. And the service was very friendly indeed from Iqrah and Bismah.

Stayed overnight. Rooms good, bed comfortable, small desk but don’t need to work. Nice meal, Iqrah and Bismah gave great service.

This place definitely punches above its weight. A bright, clean hotel that’s good value and has very quick customer service, a bar, gym, restaurant and huge lobby. Me and a friend went from London to watch MMA matches the hotel was hosting and the hotel’s event runner Naz was wonderful, friendly, helpful and well-humoured with a formidable efficiency that was present with much of the evening’s staff. Definitely coming again.

Good hotel. Rooms have thin walls. The room next door was flicking light switches on and off all night. Which did disturb me. But it wont discourage me from coming again.

Generally good service and room clean and suitable for the stay.
Only complaint was the service charge that was automatically added to the bill in the restaurant on the assumption that you are there on business and will claim it back. This wasn't the case for myself and took me over my allowance. When checking out was advised there was no additional payment, but there actually was. I don't mind paying for good service and leaving a tip, but don't like when its automatically put on and not clear.

Had a lovely stay and evening meal, the staff member Sez was absolutely fantastic, her customer service skills are a credit to your hotel, she was warm, welcoming, friendly, sorted out individual bills for our group, she is a credit to this establishment.
