Única coisa boa era o café da manhã.

Cons:

Houve um problema com minha reserva na Booking, e ao iniciar o checkin a primeira atendente com uma cara de quem não queria estar ali simplesmente disse que não tinha o que fazer, e mandou eu contatar a Booking, se quer tinha um contato válido. Estava eu e minha família, que havíamos chegado do RS simplesmente sem saber o que fazer. Fiquei quase 1h tentando contato com a Booking mas sem sucesso. Então retornei a recepção e fui atendido por Pamela, que entendeu a situação e me deu alternativas para resolver, e em menos de 10 minutos tudo estava resolvido. Estou até agora sem entender o motivo que a primeira atendente não deu a opção que a Pamela havia me dado. Fora essa parte do chekin, o guarda volume (malas) é um lugar estranho, e muito fedido!
Já no quarto, o frigobar estava vazio, se que uma água. Cobertor não tinha, tive que pedir. Ar condicionado estava só para enfeite, não funcionava. Controle remoto da tv, nem a tampinha das pilhas tinha, e não funcionava. Enfim, nunca mais!!!!
