A localização é ótima e o café também a parceria do restaurante é boa!

Cons:

As camas tem uma capa nos colchões que os deixam desconfortáveis e apenas um travesseiro, poderiam melhorar estes itens.

Ótimo hotel e bem pertinho de tudo no Brás
Pros:

Gostei muito da acomodação, localização muito boa pois viajei a trabalho. Café da manhã é bem gostoso e o quarto me acomodou super bem. Recomendo o hotel e voltarei mais vezes.

Cons:

Só um detalhe, mas o colchão me incomodou um pouco, porém isso não vai me impedir de ficar lá mais vezes.

Olá!
Eu fiz uma reserva em Dezembro para o hotel total brás, na época eu recebi uma mgs que a reserva tinha sido cancelada. Vejo agora na fatura do cartão que a reserva foi validada e tá cobrando. Eu não fiquei hospedada.
Mandei mensagem no app e não tive retorno.
Como resolver ?

Estadia boa e de facil acesso ao centro de SP
Pros:

Facil acesso ao centro de São Paulo.
Acessivel as lojas do Braz e do Pari.

Gostei bastante do quarto. apesar de ter lido muitos comentários negativos, que me deixou receosa, o quarto estava limpo, cama bem arrumada, atendentes bem educados. Ar condicionado bom, pq quando fui estava muito calor. Enfim voltaria.

Cons:

De compartilhar o elevador com o resto do pessoal do shopping. Deveria ter um elevador para os hóspedes
