Die Wetterlage hat uns einen Cyclone beschert, mit starken Niederschlägen. Leider konnten wir nicht viel unternehmen, da es die Wetterverhältnisse nicht zuließen. Um an unser nächstes Ziel zu gelangen mussten wir eine längere Fahrt in Kauf nehmen, um den Fluten zu entkommen.

Stayed for a week, few little things to know. Bring your own pool towels and an extra blanket if you like extra bedding.

Floor was covered in sand and grit. I had to sweep as soon as I got in and it was like it hadn’t been swept in a very long time. Then as I was leaving today, I stripped the bed and there was a luggage sticker on the sheet which was from a different guest. So after staying a week, I have my doubts now that the sheets were clean which is disgusting.

The first apartment we were given, the main bedroom air conditioning was leaking and when we walked in, most of the bedroom floor was covered in water. There was a dead large cockroach on the ensuite floor and the air conditioner in the second bedroom was broken. We had to walk back to the other building, a bit further up the road, and try the two emergency contact numbers, as the office closed at 12 noon. The manager on duty came across to the office and when we explained what was wrong, he got some keys and walked back to the apartment block with us. He took one look at the floor and broken air conditioner and agreed we could not stay in the apartment. Luckily there was an available apartment one floor up and he immediately took us to the new apartment, checked to make sure it was clean and everything was working and gave us the keys. We then had to go back to the first apartment, get all our luggage and take it to the new apartment. By this time, it had been almost an hour since we first checked in.
We feel that if the first apartment had been checked before we arrived, they would've noticed the flooding, and could've organised a different apartment for us, before we were due to check in.

The communication was very poor, there was no instructions to say that I would need to collect keys and check in off site off at another building. The facilities were dirty, mould on the shower, dust throughout on windows, curtains and surfaces throughout the building. Many things were out of service, the bbq, the pool lights, garage doors, the front gate, lifts were dodgy. Really disappointing as it was for my wedding and I didn’t need the stress of it all. The residents however were lovely and helped us out.

the room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. I Cigarette butt was on top of the fridge, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes that stank and the floors were also very dirty. We mopped ourselves twice.

I booked & paid for 2 a bedroom apartment in March, I arrived on 25th August. Was informed that the room i had booked was not available, but they had a 1 bedroom with a fold out sofa bed, I was informed there was a mistake made by a person who no longer worked there. The room and amenities was way smaller and had less amenities than the apartment i had initially paid for.. Manager said he would contact booking agency and tell them that they would reinburse $350 off my original booking price. I was sent an email stating the same, Booking agency has since reinbursed me only $300? The fold out sofa bed was not fit for an adults, the springs and the mattress was absolutely terrible... I ended up sleeping on the floor for next three nights as my back was not in a great way after the first night sleeping on the 2 seater sofa bed.

Barbecue not working for some time. Did not get enough info about accessing the building at check-in.
