No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card.

Hotel Staff very Helpful. Only down side is the Breakfast not to the standard to this 4 star rated hotel really need to improve on the menu.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, mainly because the location sounds great and there's a free airport shuttle. Tried to email them 2 weeks beforehand about the shuttle but no reply. When we reached the day before, we got a local to help us call and found out that they dont provide shuttle beyond 5pm. Nevermind, perhaps we can utilize the shuttle on our last day. However to our dismay, the staff told us their driver does not work on Sunday. Bummer. Wish they can state this airport shuttle timing on hotels.com description page more upright.

We really look forward to have a nice hotel to stay, however, room needed more TLC. Bedsheet had some stains, and the sofa chair was badly stained. We realized that they only took 5minutes to make-up the room and no wonder they neglected the stains. There were also corners in the rooms that has big dark spots. Wifi is on and off depending on how many users are tapping in.

Neighbourhoodwise - we were unfortunate that there were some construction going on at the road outside the lobby, which made us felt unsafe walking past the unbarricaded construction everytime.

Pros: the female staff in the lobby was very friendly and welcoming to us. Even gave us some helpful tips here. Hotel is well-known amongst drivers so we never needed to provide the address.

My floor was being renovated, so was a lot of noise from 6am daily, wasnt told of this when checked in.. Breakfast was terrible, hot food was cold and what was meant to be cold like fruit platter was hot,. would stay again, but wont bother with breakfast

it is a good hotel but they no maintain their standards. housekeeping was not good. no customer service.

We are able to leave our luggages at the hotel until at night only we check-in without charging any cents. The delux room is big and comfortable. Reasonable price with the room and facility that they have provided.

Short two nights stay, the room was nice and cozy albeit a little bit small. Good location, but during my stay the other hotel occupants were a little noisy.

I stay for 3 nights and got Deluxe room. The room was so big and comfortable. However, the amenities inside my room is not up to standard. My thoughts if it is Deluxe Room supposedly have more amenities than standard or superior room. Inside bath room, there is no toilet roll and they just gave us 1 dental kit, 1 sewing kit, 1 shower cap and 1 sanitary bag. Bottle of soap and shampoo are not available inside my room . There is no hair dryer and mini refrigerator too. But my purpose is to sleep not much time spend inside room so I think it is forgivable. The breakfast menu was Ok. Taste good.

location is good when you want to shop all day and night in cihampelas, because this hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Cihampelas Walk, however the traffic jam is terrible when it's weekends. Hotel room is small, but OK for two persons, Breakfast is standard Indonesian Food.
