Location was close to alot of attractions. Easy check in and out. Customer service was great

Property was complicated to get into to. Check In process was difficult. Staff was horrible to interact with, did not want to let Meuse restrooms even if I was staying here. Room was not okay had stains on walls, lights did not work nor the A/C. Bathroom was not very pleasing either did not like the shower was disgusting. Paying for something like this again I wouldn’t waste my time.

I did not get any sleep because of the noise. The hotel was very loud at night. Guests in a few nearby rooms were very loud from 2- 3:30 in the morning.
The breakfast was horrible. Vey few options. Waffle supplies, but no waffle maker.

The lady at the desk attitude was so horrible
the place was clean and quiet
the staff was very unfriendly the lady at the front desk made customers wait 10 minutes for her while she was fooling around in the kitchen area eating and talking on the ceiling phone and I guess she made some more coffee.
after she made us wait for her and I tried to make lit conversation with her about it, then she started yelling and screaming at me and was trying to kick me out of the hotel and she refused to extend our company stay at the hotel.
because of her the Manager on duty that day we will not back at your hotel I was offended and insulted by her. we won't be back and I'll make sure our affiliates we won't be back either I am in financial industry, Insurance and taxes.

I Had the FLU for 2 days & Notified Edgar @ Laquinta # 1 pm on 1-3-26, that I felt Horrible & requested A Credit to Reschedule for Another Date. They Didn't Contact me back with their decision & Ignored me. $ 125 is Very Important to me, Obviously, I wasn't Important to Laquinta.
No Callback or Communication with my Credit due to Unexpected Sickness - FLU FOR 2 Days.$ 125 Wasted & NOT REFUNDED.
