L'emplacement, le calme, le petit déjeuner de qualité

Cons:

La douche avec mauvais écoulement. La chambre et le lit étaient petits. Pas d'ascenseur

Pros:

the staff were exceptional under a lot of pressure with the parking being the main. Why you cannot have parking spaces with numbers on them so when you book in and there is one there, you have it for the day. While we were there the disabled slots were taken up by just anybody. Total chaos. Once again the staff came to assistance as I have a totally paralysed leg and sorted me a slot. They should not have to work under this pressure. As I have stated, simple numbered units then there is no disharmony

Great base for to top and tail our cycle from Angers to Biarritz
Pros:

Staff were wonderfully helpful, room was fine, breakfast excellent, parking there worked really well.

Cons:

Not the fault of anyone but we were there in the June 26 42 degree heatwave - the lobby was air conditioned but the rooms not. They had provided us with a good fan which made sleeping just about bearable

Très bon emplacement . Tres bel hôtel et personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Pas de clim dans l’appartement sous les toits. Il aurait été judicieux de mettre en marche les ventilateurs avant notre arrivée pour ne pas arriver , après 3 étages montés à pied car pas d’ascenseur, dans une fournaise

Pros:

Centrally located. Easy to get to. Good sized room for a town hotel and nice bathroom. Great breakfast
