The staff was really nice but this type of hotel should consider not having moquette.
Pros:

Th beds verte very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Can't really complain.

Cons:

The room was a little smaller than some other comparable hotels I stayed in during my trip to South Korea. It was more like a Japanese hotel in size, but this is a Japanese chain. I would happily stay again though.

第一次到釜山旅遊，覺得這間旅館位置的附近環境比較複雜，覺得不太適合帶孩子的遊客入住
Pros:

可以寄放行李、大廳有微波爐、床鋪枕頭舒適、廁所很大有分沐浴區和廁所區

Cons:

入住時發現冰箱未打掃確實，一個紙杯裡留有像冰糖的片狀物，因為當天參加一日遊，所以入住時已經很晚，沒有打掃人員，櫃檯人員有來處理，但帶著兩個孩子的我們對於這個房間沒有什麼安全感，詢問有沒有房間可以更換，但工作人員表示沒有房間可以換了

良かったです！！
Pros:

空港からタクシーを利用したので辿り着くのに面倒な事は一切ありませんでした
西面の中心からは少し距離がありますが徒歩圏内です
近隣に食べたかったお店もコンビニもあったので利便性が良かったです
スタッフはとても感じが良く日本語も通じます
タクシーも行き先まで設定して呼んで頂けました
有料ですがお風呂もあります
宿泊費用も安く、急遽お願いしたの朝食も美味しかったです

Cons:

この時期少し気温が上がっていたのにも関わらず空調が暖房のみだったので、窓を開けて調節しました
季節の変わり目は冷房、暖房どちらも使用できるといいなと思いました
お部屋は狭くベッドも普通のシングルより狭いです
キャリーバッグは広げられません
日系なのにコンセントは全て韓国仕様
変換器必須です
1日目加湿器が壊れて仕様できず乾燥で喉が痛くなりましたが2日目はすぐに対応してもらえました
有料のお風呂があるのは良かったのですが洗い場が少なくあまり綺麗な作りではありません
サウナがあるのに温度は低く
サウナの為の水分補給ができるものもありません
有料なのだからもう少しサービスがあっても良いかもと思いました
脱衣場の洗面台も２つと少ない上に置かれているブラシが使い回し？のようで気持ち悪くて使えませんでした
