Pleasant but without the needed touch and attitude
Pros:

The policy of the hotel to stop charging the breakfast after 9:30 am (where the breakfast is announced to be up until 10 am) even with last admission at 9:30 am is something I cannot accept and makes bad impression

Cons:

The cleaning policy was not Ok - i.e. unless you ask for your room to be cleaned they only give you a bag with clean towels, paper, water in front of the door... at least removing the trash is needed without prompt

Pros:

我們住四人房，剛好在飯店邊間，但是飯店格局方正，所以不需走太遠。浴室很大，甚至有兩個洗手台，老婆很滿意這種配置。行李箱可以全部打開，還有空間可以通行。不打掃的時候，還會主動附上乾淨毛巾與補充衛生紙和瓶裝水，設想很周到。

Cons:

第一天到飯店已經晚上十點出頭，出去吃個晚餐，再回到飯店洗澡時，轉熱水到底時發現熱水只有溫溫的，一家人在洗澡時甚至覺得會冷。後來第二天晚上八點多洗澡時，熱水溫度就比較高了。可能是太晚洗澡的缺點吧

80代の母との釜山旅行
Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かった。雨で傘を借りたときや、館内の説明など大変親切で感じが良かった。アーリーチェックインにも対応してもらえたので、高齢の母も喜んでいた。
トイレのウォシュレットも良かったです。

Cons:

ありません。強いて言えば、室内が間接照明で暗めだったかな。オンドル部屋で広かったから部屋の角まで明かりが届かなかったのかも。

快適！
Pros:

便利な立地
部屋の設備、加湿器もあるしとても清潔に保たれています。きれいです。
室内ではとても寛いで過ごせました。

Cons:

仕方ないですが、景色は全く良くありません。しかし、日中は観光に出掛けて夜寝るだけなら問題ありません。玄関横のトイレのが壊れているのか、勝手に何度もトイレの水を流してうるさかったし、子ども達がびっくりしていた。
とりあえず夜中はトイレのコンセントを抜いていました。スタッフの人に言いそびれてしまったのでまだ壊れたままかもしれません。

Worth the stay at Busan!
Pros:

- Professionalism and the enthusiasm of the counter staff
- They greeted politely and always try their best to accede our request. Be it booking of taxis, places of attractions, they never fail to assist us in these. 24/7 top-notch services.
- Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, toilets were clean and big.
- Cleaning services are done every other day. Despite not being a daily service, you may request for one. If not, the cleaning staff will still provide a basket filled with toiletries, towels, water bottles.
- Walkable distance to the Seomyeon underground Shopping Centee Exit 1, which is a direct underground link way to Seomyeon Station!
- Walkable distance to many shops too! (eg.Olive young, Uniqlo, Musinsa Standard Seomyeon, Daiso)

トイレットペーパーが流せた。
バスタブつきでゆっくりお風呂に入れた。
朝食に野菜やフルーツがあり、よかった。

Cons:

朝食時のスタッフの質が今ひとつだった。
食事中に、慌ただしく皿を回収に来て、皿だけ持って行って、箸を直接テーブルに置いて行ったのには、驚いた。

如果一個人住的話可以，人比較多的話空間真的太小
Pros:

餐廳很不錯 早餐也很豐盛

Cons:

房間很小，床很小，浴室很小。明明是四星級的飯店洗澡卻要站在浴缸裡面⋯浴室小到放不太下東西
床也很小，雙人床睡兩個人也很擠
