Pros:

日本語が通じるので安心感がありました。ホテルの設備も日本基準なので、過不足なく良かったです。

Cons:

オンドル部屋の布団が薄くて、体が痛かったのでもう少し痛くない布団にしてもらえると嬉しいです。または、希望者にマットレスを貸し出すとか、硬さの調整ができるとありがたいです。

Hotel is in a good location near Samyeon subway station, but just a budget hotel.
Pros:

The location was okay, close to subway and shopping, plenty of eateries nearby.

Cons:

The breakfast would have to be one of the worst buffet breakfasts I have ever had. There were very few non Asian options, other than cereal, bacon and bread, and even that was minimal as they weren’t replenishing things fast enough.

Not worth the price considering they have closed the spa area
Pros:

Property is closing down in December, so not being repaired. Spa closed.

Cons:

I had paid extra for this hotel to use the spa facilities (sauna, baths etc) however when arrived the staff have all but removed any references to it (black tape on elevator sign, sign outside saying closed due to emergency inspection) but when asked the receptionist they said it was fully closed and won’t reopen. Poor that it’s still be advertised.

그냥.. 딱 일본스타일의 비지니스호텔느낌입니다. 군더더기 없고, 필요한건 모두 준비된 상태의 숙소입니다. 프론트 직원은 약간의 일본어 구사능력이 아주 약간 부족함에도 불구하고, 정중하고 친절하고 안정적인 말투로 설명해서, 알아듣기 편했습니다.

Cons:

가격대와 한국에 위치한다는 배경에 비해서, 방사이즈는 일본 그자체였습니다. 돈값 못하는 방의 비좁음.
또한, 설비가 애매하게 상태가 안좋은게 많습니다. 동료의 방은 TV가 갑자기 안나온다거나, 제 방은 샤워기헤드가 유격이 안맞는지, 물이 수돗꼭지처럼 한방향에서만 쏟아져나온다던지, 변기의 내부에 문제가 있는지, 영원히 물이 나오고 내려가는 고장이 있었습니다. (노브로 움직이는 내부캡이 제자리로 안돌아가서 손으로 눌러서 고침)
