Приїхали раніше ніж час заселення і дуже круто те, що персонал любʼязно заселив раніше, дякую їм за це. А взагалі, до заїзду можна скористуватися СПА. Від сніданків взагалі в захваті, неймовірно смачна їжа, шампанське і устриці ван лав та жива музика на сніданку. Дуже крута спа зона, багато саун, басейни з підігрівом і без. І вуличний басейн теплий.
Є чим зайнятись на протязі дня: більярд, масажні крісла, фітнес та спорт зал, дельфіни. У нас був іменник, тож сюрпризів від готелю було багато: поздоровлення з тортиком та шампанським, безкоштовне відвідування на двох в дельфінарій, океанаріум, купання з дельфінами та фото, 15 хв безкоштовного масажу. Дівчата в масажному салоні молодці, адміністратор Катерина зустріла привітливо, а Олена масажист професійно зробила масаж, враховуючи те, що я вагітна.
Під час тривоги, персонал нас проводив до укриття.
Ми закохались в цей готель, тож сподіваємось, ще приїхати ❤️
Дуже чудовий готель, все відповідає очікуванням, навіть більше. Привітний і відповідальний персонал, дуже чудовий і різноманітний сніданок, відкритий басейн на вулиці, чисті і різноманітні лазні, все це піднімає настрій

Очередной семейный праздник- и снова , без раздумий, какой отель выбрать- лучший в Одессе - « Немо»!!!
Здесь ВСЕГДА ВСЕ хорошо: удобные матрасы, подушки на выбор ( беру всегда ортопедическую), ресторан- « на любой вкус» и всегда вкусно . Вежливый, профессиональный персонал.
Особая благодарность Николаю (рецепшин)!!!!!👍👍👍👍 Он каждого гостя встречает и провожает так, что возникает ощущение, что вас здесь ждут, как самих главных и дорогих гостей.
Хочется возвращаться в « Немо» снова и снова. Здесь покой, релакс , комфорт и уют.
