Персонал дуже чуйний та максимально намагається задовольнити клієнтів ;)
Сніданки задовольнлять найвибагливішого гурмана.
Перлиною готелю для мене стали ДЕЛЬФІНИ. Надзвичайні емоції. Всім раджу з ними поспілкуватися)

Дуже гарний відпочинок
Pros:

Почнемо з гарного: сніданок ТОП, не зважаючі на те, що доводиться шукати місце, але це свідчить лише про популярність готелю))), спа неймувірне, кожен для себе може підібрати те, що йому підходить, персонал великі молодці, постійно наводять лад, постійно працюють, номери прибирають, басейн га вулиці супер. Що дуже важливо - дзвонять з рецепції і питають чи все у нас добре, чи все подобаєтья. Взагалі готель дуже клієнтоорієтований.

Cons:

після 21 години плавати на вулиці не комфортно, прохолодно, переповзали в дитячій басейн, дякувати його почали прогрівати, але можливо це через вітряну погоду, треба щось робити с рушниками на шезлонгах, які лежать по пів дня і ніхто до них не приходить, а комусь навіть речи на півгодини покласти нікуди.
