Basis stay should be okay
The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received.
We had already managed our expectations for this hotel in the small town of Kluang but it’s way worse.
Both of the rooms were dusty especially the toilet doors and the bed headboards which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The four walls were peeling. And don't even get me started on the cockroaches!
Some of the rooms didn't even have windows! Save yourself the horror and stay far away from this place.
Stayed here 2 times, both times i have enjoyed my stay. Room is clean and quiet. The only complain i have is the room i book that comes with the private garage, the wifi is really not stable keep disconnecting. Overall great value. Will stay again for sure.

Clean, spacious room with secure carpark
Booked a "1" twin bed room, with picture showing "1" bed. However, when check in, was informed we need to top up 30 bucks for a "1" bed room. Then commented that the rooms they listed on Hotel.com are all 2 beds. Way to go to con my money so they can "upgrade" me. Near to amenities but ok not gonna be back next time for sure. Staffs services are mediocre as well.
The room was nice but the price for walk in is way cheaper compared booking through Expedia.
