Pros:

It's a neat and pretty hotel, with a large area on the inside in the courtyard, and a pleasant swimming pool.
The staff are great, really lovely people, young and happy, who are smiling and helpful with any issue.
So, we paid the "World Cup price" during our stay, but otherwise it seems the hotel is rather priceworthy.
It has an own restaurant, where you can eat throughout the day.
If you stay there, make sure to visit the "Vegetarian restaurant" nearby - an original place that was so pleasant we came back a couple days after, and I'm saying this as a big carnivore.

Cons:

Only disappointment was the location. Or rather the surroundings.
But this is not about the hotel, it is about Guadalajara.
Outside of the historic city centre, the whole town is actually a big hole. Even the central parts. Like the hotel location.
I guess some people might call this a residential-commercial-industrial area. But basically, it is narrow run-down streets, all cement and metallic gates, shaby facades, one-floor buildings, no beauty no structure. We expected the central parts of town to look very different. But the whole city is actually like this.
However, it is close to the historic centre, you can even walk up to there. About 7 min by taxi.

Muy bien pero podrían ser mejores.
Pros:

La comodidad, las instalaciones, el personal muy educado y está bonito, respetan los horarios de la alberca.

Cons:

Internet super lento, en la limpieza pueden mejorar, en la noche salían cucarachas y el restaurante solo comí una vez porque el pollo de los chilaquiles era pollo de varios días así sabía y muy duro.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda, la atención en general es muy buena y amable, la alberca súper con agua climatizada que se disfruta y con buen mantenimiento, muy tranquilo y familiar, seguro vuelvo

El desayuno de cortesía es limitado pero suficiente, podría mejorar.

The hotel is nice, with a nice pool. Parking is spacious, and I enjoyed the free breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom in the first room they assigned us was dirty. However, after we called the front desk, they moved us to another room without question. Service was great!

Pros:

Solicité reservación en una habitación accesible para persona de la tercera edad y fuero muy atentos en considerarlo y dejarnos cerca del estacionamiento y el restaurante. Muchas gracias por eso!

Cons:

Cambiaría algunas formas y horarios del restaurante, ya que llegamos cansados y quisimos consumir ahí mismo y no había servicio, tuvimos que buscar por fuera y nos tardamos muchísimo.
