Best Western Dartmouth-New Bedford

Very nice room. Shower worked will. Comfortable chair next to a table in addition to the bed. The outlet at the base of the lamp didn’t work a minor annoyance.

I loved everything about my stay. The room was clean. The only thing I would suggest would be some new towels for the hotel. They’re pretty old.
Other than that, everything was perfect

I had a corner room which had a odor like mold. Breakfast was not great. Had noisy neighbors. Will not sta here again.

The front desk clerk, Gabby, was extremely helpful. There was a mixup in reservations at another hotel in the area. By the time I got to Best Western it was late and I was frustrated. She quickly got us checked in and gave us a quiet room.

Staff was great, good breakfast, but the bathroom was dirty old toothpaste spit in the sink and hair in the shower

I found a snake in my room!!!! As well, the room was musty and smelled terrible. The sheets did not look clean and in general the carpets are pretty gross. We had to leave, given the snake factor in our room and they had no other rooms for us. Last minute family of 5 hotel finding at 11 o'clock at night is not fun or easy in Dartmouth. Never got to try the breakfast and NEVER staying at a Best Western again.

Clean and staff was nice.

Towels kind of grungier and not feeling freshly washed.
Thin ceiling, not hotels fault, but kids running and jumping in room above until midnight.
Just made a so so experience a little more negative.
Most likely would not return.

First of all we received excellent service from Gabby at the Front Desk. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was excellent. The only complaint was the noise. We had someone in the room above us that we could hear walking around at 5:30 AM. I also wish there was a little more equipment in the Fitness Room.

Decent place to stay for the night. Some amenities need to be updated

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathtub was a bit old, it was clean though. Some of the other guests were loud but you can't control that. Overall, it was a great place for the price.

Room is directly across from the service laundry, which was always loud, bright light outside. The window was not blocked by the shades at night.
